Devices and methods for producing sandwich composite materials having at least one layer of plastic disposed between at least two outer metallic covering layers may comprise providing at least two semifinished products coated with plastic on one side, activating at least one of the plastic-coated sides of the metallic covering layers directly from the side of the covering layer having the plastic-coating, and connecting the plastic-coated sides of the metallic covering layers to form the sandwich composite material. The activation of the plastic may be performed by way of a heat source that utilizes an activation medium, radiation, or plasma, for example.

The present invention has as its object the provision of a method of bonding substrates, which can bond two substrates, at least one of which has warpage and undulation of a bonding surface, in a high adhesion state and a method of producing a microchip.
In the method of bonding substrates according to the present invention, the first substrate is formed of a material having a deformable temperature at which the substrate deforms and which is higher than a deformable temperature of the second substrate, the method includes: a surface activation step of activating each of bonding surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate; a stacking step of stacking the first substrate and the second substrate so that the respective bonding surfaces thereof are in contact with each other; and a deforming step of deforming the bonding surface of the second substrate to conform to a shape of the bonding surface of the first substrate, and the deforming step is performed by heating the stacked body of the first substrate and the second substrate obtained in the stacking step at a temperature not lower than the deformable temperature of the second substrate and lower than the deformable temperature of the first substrate.

The sheet includes a first sheet surface and a second sheet surface on a side opposite to the first sheet surface. The magnet bodies are located on the first sheet surface. A first die is made of an elastic material having an elastic coefficient lower than the elastic coefficient of the magnet bodies. The intermediate member is arranged between the first die and a second die such that the second sheet surface of the sheet faces the first die. The first die and the second die hold the intermediate member in between. Accordingly, the sheet is cut at positions between adjacent ones of the magnet bodies.

The method includes a step of forming a groove on one surface of a base material; a lamination step of forming an adhesive resin layer on at least one surface of a resin film, and thereby obtaining a first laminate; and an adhesion step of arranging the surface of the base material where a groove has been formed and the adhesive resin layer of the first laminate to face each other, and bonding the base material and the first laminate such that the adhesive resin layer covers the groove, in which the glass transition temperature of the adhesive resin layer is 25 C. or lower.

A heating device is present at the plunger and/or at the counterholder or acts there. A heating of the at least one metal or ceramic component up to above the softening temperature of the component formed from or by polymer can be achieved with the heating device, with the heating device being having at least one electrical resistance heating element that is covered by an electrically insulating, preferably ceramic, protective film, and/or having at least one laser beam that is directed to the metal component(s) within the joining region, and/or having at least one inductor present at the plunger and/or at the counterholder for the inductive heating of the meal component(s).

Provided is a method for producing a laminate, comprising laminating an aramid paper sheet and a polyimide film together by performing heating and pressurizing process under conditions of a temperature of 275 to 320 C. and a pressure of 50 to 400 kgf/cm. In the present invention, an aramid paper sheet-polyimide film laminate with excellent heat resistance, electrical properties, chemical resistance, mechanical properties, and the like can be manufactured by laminating the aramid paper sheet and the polyimide film in a simple method without impairing their properties.
