Accordingly, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height while suppressing detachment when the vehicle interior item is not rotating.

The arresting device has an arresting lever movable into an engagement position, for lateral engagement into a raster opening, and a release position, in which the arresting lever is released from the carrier structure.

Accordingly, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height while suppressing detachment when the vehicle interior item is not rotating.
