Wiper motor and method for the production of a wiper motor
The invention relates to a wiper motor (10) with a shaft (30) for driving a wiper arm (1), wherein the shaft (30) projects through an opening (31) of a housing (15) and in the region of the opening (31) is mounted radially in a bore (55) of at least one substantially sleeve-shaped element (40), and wherein the sleeve-shaped element (40) is fixed at least axially in the region of the housing (15). According to the invention, it is provided that the sleeve-shaped element (40) has at least two different cross-sections (41, 42), a first cross-section (41) which is designed to protrude axially through the opening (31) and a second cross-section (42) which is designed to be accommodated in an axially fixed manner within said opening (31).
Windscreen wiper device for windscreens with variable curvature
Windscreen wiper device for windscreens with variable curvature, comprising a secondary shaft rotating about its secondary axis between starting and final secondary positions, and a primary shaft on which the wiper blade arm is mounted rotating in an alternating manner about its own primary axis between starting and final primary positions. The primary shaft is mounted in the secondary shaft, such that their corresponding axes form a first acute angle () with respect to one another. The device further comprises a delay device kinematically connecting the driving means with the secondary shaft to cause rotation in the secondary shaft such that when the primary shaft has performed 50% of the rotation between the starting primary position and the final primary position, the secondary shaft has performed between 0% and 30% of the rotation between the starting secondary position and said final secondary position.
TRACK-GUIDED WIPER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A wiper system for use with a windshield includes a track guide, a wiper assembly, a drive mechanism and a wipe mechanism. The wiper assembly has a wiper arm attached at a first end thereof to a rotor rotatably disposed on a wiper carrier, wherein the wiper carrier is engaged with the track guide and is configured for translation therealong. The drive mechanism is connected with the wiper carrier and is configured for positioning the wiper carrier along the track guide. The wipe mechanism is connected with at least one of the rotor and the wiper carrier and is configured to cause the rotor to rotate, thereby causing the wiper arm to produce a wiping motion.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING A SURFACE
The apparatus for cleaning a surface comprises a housing for accommodating an object whose surface is to be cleaned, a wiper driving actuator adjacent the surface to be cleaned, the wiper driving actuator comprising an at least partially closed loop adapted to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the housing, and at least one wiper assembly operable by the wiper driving actuator to move along the at least partially closed loop and having a first end that is attached to the wiper driving actuator, the wiper assembly being movably mounted in the housing such that, in use, a constant distance is kept between the wiper assembly and the surface to be cleaned.
IN-CAR DISPLAY DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC DRIVING VEHICLE
In the cabin of an automatic driving vehicle, a touch panel for inputting a control instruction in relation to the automatic driving vehicle and a display for displaying information on the automatic driving vehicle are provided. The touch panel and the display are disposed in the front end area in the end area in the vehicle width direction inside the cabin of the automatic driving vehicle such that their display surfaces are directed rearward. The touch panel is disposed further outward in the vehicle width direction than the display.
WIPER ARM DEVICE, WIPER ARM, AND SCREEN WIPER SYSTEM
A wiper arm device for a wiper arm (20), having at least one fastening part (44) which is provided for connecting at least one articulation part (38) of the wiper arm (20) to a drive shaft (24) of a wiper drive (16), wherein the fastening part (44) has at least one fastening boss (46) for fastening the fastening part (44) to the drive shaft (24) and at least one articulation boss (48) for fastening the articulation part (38) to the fastening part (44).
WIPER DEVICE
A wiper device including a wiper member that includes a wiper arm to which a wiper blade is coupled, a base end portion of the wiper arm being supported by a support section provided at a vehicle, and the wiper member being configured to of undergo displacement relative to the vehicle, a drive wheel that is rotatably supported by the wiper member at a position of the wiper member which is separated from the support section, and that rolls across a running face provided at the vehicle so as to displace the wiper member relative to the vehicle, and a motor that is supported by the wiper member so as to undergo displacement together with the wiper member, and that drives rotation of the drive wheel.
GEAR MOTOR FOR MOTOR VEHICLE WIPING SYSTEM
The system concerns a gear motor for a motor vehicle wiping system comprising:an electric motor comprising a rotor, a stator and a rotating shaft solidly attached to the rotor,a reducing mechanism connecting the rotating shaft and an output shaft of the gear motor. According to the invention, a roller bearing (23) guides the rotating shaft (22) at one of the longitudinal ends of the rotating shaft, said roller bearing (23), arranged inside the rotor and stator assembly, housed in an inner recess of the rotor, and in which a hollow support bears the magnetic elements and is arranged coaxially and connected in rotation with the rotating shaft (22), said hollow support (25) covering said roller bearing (23) guiding the longitudinal end of the rotating shaft (20) on the side of the electric motor (2), the axial locking of the roller bearing (23) on the rotating shaft (22) being obtained by pressing against the inner race of the roller bearing (23) on the inner wall of the hollow support (25), directly or indirectly through the intermediary of a spacer (8).
