A visor face shield device is configured to be worn on a user's head to provide a transparent barrier in front the user's face. The visor face shield device has a bill that extends forward from a portion that contacts the wearer's forehead, and the transparent barrier extends down from the outer periphery of the bill. On the bill are one or more fan units, including multi-stage air filter elements, that blow air through the bill into the space between the wearer's face and the transparent barrier. Under the fan unit(s) are louvers or equivalent air directing structures that direct air. The louvers can be configured to blow air both in the direct of the wearer's face and in the direction of the transparent barrier. The device can include controls to move louvers, or independently control multiple fan units. As configured, the visor device allows a wearer who is wearing a face mask and eyewear under the visor device to control air flow to prevent fogging of the transparent barrier and the wearer's eyewear, as well as provide comfort for the wearer.

Individual nano-bodies protection of skin and respiratory system

During national crisis as virus pandemics, bio-terrorism, chemical pollution, a response is to lock down all the economy, with several % GDP loss, or to convince population to wear, reasonably, appropriate individual anti-virus and bacterial protection accessories, made of a full head and shoulders protection mask, equipped with air ventilation and processing unit, and gloves, and body protection foil, for single or multiple use, and get minimal economic losses. The air processing unit may be developed a modular structure, starting from a simple filtered fan, with air suction on top of the head, flowing air over the face, for low probability of contamination environments, upgraded to a more complex unit including heat pipe, catalytic organic matter reduction, oxygen generator and closed circuit breathing unit, that may be integrated into a full body personal protection equipment by extending the functions of temperature, humidity and pressure control to full body, for hazardous environments.

Upper Body Positive Pressure Protection Suit
20210298370 · 2021-09-30 ·

An upper body positive pressure protection system protects the user from aerosolized contaminants and isolates a user's entire upper body from a contaminated environment. Filtered air is supplied to the suit by a reusable, rechargeable blower unit to ensure a non-contaminated and portable air supply for continuous positive pressure to the upper body suit. The blower unit is portable with the user and can be supported by a shoulder and waist belt harness. The reusable or disposable upper body suit can be constructed from a lightweight, splash/fluid resistant material that incorporates a clear face shield to allow appropriate visibility to the user. A reusable, adjustable head harness worn within a hood of the suit provides fixed positioning of the face shield relative to the user's face. Suit air exit vents may optionally include filters for capturing any biological contaminants the user may be expelling.
