Diamond-Styled Two-in-One Leggings
A leggings apparatus is shown. The leggings are configured to be worn by a user without the need for the user to wear an undergarment. As such, the apparatus is equipped with a first gusset layer and a second gusset layer disposed in a crotch area of the apparatus to provide security and comfort to the user without panty-lines. The first gusset layer is made of a cotton-based fiber fabric, and is preferably treated with an anti-bacterial coating. The second gusset layer is positioned atop the first gusset layer, and is made of the same fabric as the remainder of the leggings. The gusset layers are heat welded into a fixed position within the crotch area, and are equipped with flat seams which appear invisible. Seams are flat to ensure comfort, as well as to minimize the appearance of the seams of the crotch area of the apparatus.

Waistband construction and methods for producing same
A waistband of an article of clothing including an inner fabric layer, and an outer fabric layer integrally formed or coupled with the inner fabric layer. The waistband also includes a mesh layer disposed between the inner and outer fabric layers. The waistband further a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer disposed between the mesh layer and the inner fabric layer, and configured to couple the mesh layer with the inner fabric layer.
HIP LIFTING PANTS
The present invention provides hip lifting pants comprising an elastic waistband, a front panel and a back panel; the front panel and the back panel are sewn together to form a left girdle and a right girdle and are enclosed by the waistband to form the hip lifting pants; and an auxiliary hip lifting shaping panel is provided above a crotch position in the middle of the front panel, and a hip cup is provided above a crotch position in the middle of the back panel. The hip lifting pants achieve a better hip lifting shaping effect by designing the auxiliary hip cup to be more suitable for the hip muscle distribution to stably support the hips.

A method of producing a seam-less elastic band (105) comprises: providing an un-folded elongated elastic strip (101); folding at the elongated elastic strip (101) at a folding point (102) to create a first strip portion (102-103) overlapping on top of a second strip portion (103-104) of the elongated elastic strip (101), wherein the first strip portion (102-103) and the second strip portion (103-104) meet at a meeting point (104); performing an ultrasonic operation at the meeting point (104) on said first and second strip portion to create the seam-less elastic band (105) detached from a remainder of the elongated elastic band (101). The ultrasonic operations comprise one or more operations, ultrasonic cutting, ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic bonding, or other suitable ultrasonic operations.

Disclosed is a water vapor permeable upper body garment (10) having a front side and a back side, said upper body garment (10) having the configuration of a single shell garment formed by an outer shell laminate, said outer shell laminate formed at least partly by a stretchable functional laminate; said stretchable functional laminate comprising a first functional film layer and a first textile layer attached to the first functional film layer, said stretchable laminate having a stretch force at 20% elongation of less than 1 N per cm of width; said stretchable functional laminate covering at least an upper central portion on the back side (12) of the upper body garment (10).
Protective Garment and Related Methods
A garment is provided that includes an outer tubular garment portion and an inner tubular garment portion that are each fabricated from the same, continuous piece of protective material. By being formed from continuous portion of material, a user is provided with protection from ingress of fluids around an appendage when such fluid might be otherwise introduced through breaks in the material that rely entirely on a circumferential seam to secure separate pieces of material together. The inner tubular portion is not removable or severable from the outer tubular garment portion but is extendible to allow a user flexibility of use (e.g., stretching) without sacrificing performance. A method of creating a circumferentially continuous fluid impervious seal is also provided.
LOWER BODY SUPPORT AND COMPRESSION GARMENT
A fashion garment is constructed for use as comfortable outerwear from one or more stretchable materials shaped to fit snuggly over and provide support and compression to a wearer's lower body. The garment includes a waistband constructed to encircle and provide compression to the wearer's waist; a pair of leg panels coupled to each other and to the waistband and constructed to enwrap and provide compression to at least portions of the wearer's pelvis, buttocks, hips, and legs; a pair of hip panels coupled to the leg panels and positioned against the wearer's hips to provide additional compression to the hips; and a gusset panel coupled to the leg panels and positioned to cover the user's crotch area.

A base layer of a garment includes a waist section, an upper leg section, and a lower leg section. The waist section is positioned to correspond with and receive a waist and crotch region of a wearer. The waist section includes a base portion, a mesh portion, a compressive portion, and a durable portion. The upper leg section is positioned to correspond with and receive a thigh and knee region of the wearer. The upper leg section includes the base portion and the mesh portion. The lower leg section is positioned to correspond with and receive a shin and calf region of the wearer. The lower leg section includes the base portion and the compressive portion.
