SOLID LAUNDRY DETERGENT FOR RESTAURANT SOILS

The invention relates to solid detergents for cleaning restaurant soils and methods of making and using the same. Embodiments of the invention can include solid cleaning compositions having an alkalinity source comprising an alkali metal carbonate, a surfactant system comprising an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, a water conditioning agent, and water. Embodiments of the invention can have a pH between about 7 and about 11, and are suitable for removing restaurant soils, including, synthetic grease, animal grease, and proteinaceous soils.

Laundry sheet

The present disclosure relates to a laundry sheet manufactured using polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl-alcohol-based copolymer and containing a surfactant, in which the surfactant includes a main surfactant and a cosurfactant. The main surfactant includes a first main surfactant and a second main surfactant, and the first main surfactant and the second main surfactant are different from each other, each of the first main surfactant and the second main surfactant independently including a C8-C18 alkyl sulfate alkali metal salt. The cosurfactant includes two or more different surfactants, one of which is fatty acid alkyl ester alkoxylate and the remaining one of which is a nonionic surfactant.

Laundry detergent

A biocidal composition is provided, which comprise a mixture of the biocides Poly-(hexamethylene-guanidium chloride) and N,N-didecyl-N-methyl-poly(oxyethyl) ammonium propionate, which biocides have a synergistic biocidal effect against bacteria and fungi. Specifically, the provided composition can be as disinfectants and general biocidal products; preservatives; pest control; control; preservatives for food or feedstocks; antifouling products; embalming and taxidermist fluids; and control of other vertebrates; vermin control on domestic animals, livestock or pets; alga control; and products for use in spas or swimming pools.

Leather and/or vinyl cleaner and moisturizer and method of making same

The present invention comprises a hard surface cleaning and treatment composition with a synergistic combination of mild surfactants that makes the composition particularly suited for leather, synthetic leather, vinyl and stainless steel. The composition is gentle and non-damaging to leather and synthetic leather, and leaves no sticky residue. The composition can clean food soils such as mustard, ketchup, shortening and grease and requires no personal protective equipment when being used. In addition, a method of preserving a leather surface or article by contacting said surface with said substrate is disclosed as well as specific methods associated with making the composition to form a stable water in oil emulsion.

Cleaning compositions containing a polyetheramine

The present invention relates generally to cleaning compositions and, more specifically, to cleaning compositions containing a polyetheramine that is suitable for removal of stains from soiled materials.

Hydrotropic agent, use thereof to make non-ionic surfactants soluble, and compositions containing same

A compound having Formula (I), nC.sub.7—H.sub.15—O-(G).sub.p-H, where G is a reducing sugar residue, and p is a decimal number ≧1.05 and ≦5. The method for preparing the compound and its use as a hydrotropic surfactant by making soluble, in an aqueous alkaline composition, at least one non-ionic surfactant having Formula (II), R—(O—CH(R′)—CH2)n-(0-CH2-CH2)m-0-H, where R is a straight, branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon radical including 8-14 carbon atoms, R′ is a methyl or ethyl radical, n and m are whole numbers ≧0 and ≦15, assuming that n+m≧0. Cleaning compositions containing 0.5% to 20% of compounds of Formula (I), 0.5% to 80% of compounds of Formula (II), 10-50 wt % of at least one alkaline agent, 15-89 wt % of water, and optionally, 10-50 wt % of at least one anti-limescale agent are useful for cleaning hard surfaces.
