Optical measurement system for determining the position of an electrode during the electrochemical processing of a component
Disclosed is a device for the electrochemical processing of components, having at least one electrode and at least one electrode holder, with which the electrode is movably mounted. The device comprises at least one optical measurement system for determining the position of the electrode. Also disclosed is a method for the electrochemical processing of a component, in particular with such a device, in which the electrode is moved during the electrochemical processing, the position of the electrode being detected by means of an optical measurement system.

ROTOR FOR POLISHING HOLLOW TUBES
A rotor for polishing hollow tubes, in which an outer tube is slidable over an inner tube and is provided with at least one window in the wall. At the window on the inner tube, a plate vane is fixed at the base end to an auxiliary shaft arranged perpendicular to the main shaft so as to be able to rotationally move. A link bar is arranged in the main shaft direction to extend between the outer tube and the plate vane. The rotor is able to transition between an initial state (plate vane closed) and an operational state (plate vane open) by the inner tube moving relative to the outer tube. An electrode for electropolishing or a buff for mechanical polishing is fixed to the tip end of the plate vane. This allows for adjustment of the position of the plate vane and control of the polished state.

Exterior décor panel for home appliance and method of manufacturing the same
Manufacturing an exterior décor panel for a home appliance includes laminating a photosensitive dry film on a front surface of a metal sheet, the photosensitive dry film having a higher etch resistance than the metal sheet against an electrolytic solution, photo-masking the photosensitive dry film attached to the metal sheet to create a pattern having a minimum width of 0.1 mm in the photosensitive dry film to thereby expose the front surface of the metal sheet corresponding to the pattern in the photosensitive film, electrolytic-polishing the photo-masked metal sheet by dipping the photo-masked metal sheet in an electrolytic bath to allow the electrolytic solution to contact the exposed front surface of the metal sheet and form the pattern in the front surface of the metal sheet, and performing post-treatment on the metal sheet, the post-treatment including washing and removing the photosensitive dry film.
