The present invention relates to a container including: a container body for accommodating a content therein; an outer cover rotating with respect to the container body to open and close the container body; and a hinge part for rotatably coupling the container body and the outer cover to each other, wherein the hinge part may include: a first rotating member having one side rotatably coupled to the container body and another side coupled to the outer cover; and a second rotating member having one side rotatably coupled to the outer container and another side coupled to the container body.

The container for cosmetic product, suitable for use on the go, includes a base and a compartment for the product, with an opening surrounded by a peripheral edge which extends radially from a partitioning side wall to a peripheral wall of the base. The lid of the container hermetically covers this opening and is retained when an associated perpendicular rod, traversing the peripheral edge, is in the position of maximum insertion, therefore proximal to a container bottom. A driving force on the outside of the lid makes it possible to overcome the retention, by moving the lid along an inclined upper surface of the peripheral edge, compatible with a rising of the rod which guides the lid displacement that is generally parallel to the opening plane. The container may be part of a cap sealing a packaging assembly of larger volume.

Single-piece moulded container (10) for packaging at least one product comprising a cover (20), a base (30) and a hinge platform (40) pivotably connecting said base (30) to said cover (20), wherein the hinge platform (40) comprises: —a first hinge (41) connected to a first surface (35) of the base (30) and designed to pivot the cover (20) compared to the base (30) from an initial moulding flat position, in which the cover (20) forms a first angle with the base (30), to an opened position of use in which the cover (20) forms a second angle with the base (30); and —a second hinge (42) connected to a first surface (25) of the cover (20) and designed to pivot the cover (20) compared to the base (30) from the opened position of use to a closed position in which the cover (20) covers the base (30). An airtight cosmetic compact, wherein the airtight feature is created by interaction between a seal on the inside of the cover and the upwardly facing recess of the base. The cover locks on the base by either thread elements on both cap and base or by bayonet like cams, allowing the cover to be twisted on the base compressing the cover against the base and engaging the seal with the base recess. By compressing the seal against the base and holding it in place through the threaded engagement the air-tightness of the compact is achieved and guaranteed.

A receptacle for dispensing cosmetic product includes a base adapted to receive a cup containing the product, a cover which can be rotated between a position in which the receptacle is closed and a position in which the receptacle is open, connected to the base by a first pivot connection and an intermediate platform for holding the cup in position, connected to the base by a second pivot connection. The receptacle includes a system for positioning the cup in order to limit any relative movement of the cup with respect to the base, this system including an inclined bearing surface of the platform bearing against an upper rim of the cup.

A refill for a cosmetic product dispensing receptacle, includes a base defining a housing suitable for receiving a cup containing the cosmetic product and a platform for holding the cup in position, the platform being movable in rotation with respect to the base between a closed position capable of clamping the cup and an open position allowing the cup to be removed, this platform being connected to the base by a pivot connection. The refill includes a system for positioning the cup to limit any relative movement of the cup with respect to the base, this positioning system including a bearing surface of the platform capable of coming to rest against an upper rim of the cup, this bearing surface having at least one positioning means.

A receptacle for dispensing cosmetic product includes a base adapted to receive a cup containing the product, a cover being rotatable between a position in which the receptacle is closed and a position in which the receptacle is open, connected to the base by a first hinge connection at the rear part of the receptacle, and a platform being rotatable and clamping the cup in position in the base. The receptacle also includes a structure braking the cover on opening and closing, located in the rear part of the receptacle, and a structure braking the platform on opening and closing, also located in the rear part of the receptacle.

The hinge part includes a shaft insert part protruding from an upper end of the main body, with a hinge shaft being inserted into the shaft insert part; and a shaft coupling part depressed in the cover to be at a position corresponding to the shaft insert part, and securing both ends of the hinge shaft.

The axis of the plate forms an angle less than or equal to 90° with the axis of the lid. A housing provided in the plate (16) comprises a bottom (38) and an elastically deformable side wall (56). In a contact configuration, one edge (54) of the plate is in contact with the inner surface (60) of the lid. Moving said lid toward the closed position slides the plate toward a closed configuration. The bottom (38) of the housing is in contact with the base in the contact configuration. Moving the plate to the closed configuration moves said bottom closer to the axis of the plate.
