AGRICULTURAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR CULTIVATING PLANTS USING SAME
20240423208 · 2024-12-26 · ·

An agricultural composition contains glutathione and allantoin. A method for cultivating a plant includes applying glutathione and allantoin to the plant, and cultivating the plant. The glutathione may be oxidized glutathione. The agricultural composition containing glutathione and allantoin provides increased crop yield and improved stress resistance than those achieved by applying each of glutathione and allantoin independently to a plant.

ORGANOSULFUR COMPOUNDS AS PLANT BIOSTIMULANTS
20240407361 · 2024-12-12 ·

The disclosure relates to organosulfur containing compositions, in particular di-n-propyl thiosulfonate (PTSO) and di-n-propyl thiosulfinate (PTS), di-methyl thiosulfonate, di-phenyl thiosulfonate. Such compositions are useful for as biostimulants for plants. In particular such compositions may result in increased nutrient use efficiency, increased tolerance to abiotic stress, and/or improved quality characteristics. Compositions comprising said organosulfur compounds are also provided for agricultural use.

MICROBIAL FORMULATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF PLANTS AND AGRICULTURAL CROPS AGAINST ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND USE THEREOF

An organic formulation based on a mixture of microorganisms and other derived organic components, obtained from plants that inhabit different extreme environments, including the Chilean Antarctic territory, for protecting plants and agricultural crops against environmental conditions, especially with respect to cold stress, water stress, and plant infection by pests and insects, is provided. Due to the activity of the consortia of microorganisms that compose it and its derived components, it favours plant growth and reduces the damage associated with cold and water stress in agricultural crops.

Nematotoxic composition of synergistic effect, use of a nematotoxic composition of synergistic effect

The present invention relates generically to compositions used for controlling agricultural pests and, in a particular embodiment, to compositions usable for combating nematodes. The invention presents a feasible alternative to the use of nematotoxic compounds that are harmful to the environment and that may damage human health. This alternative is embodied through a nematotoxic composition for controlling nematodes and that may be used on plants, parts of plants and on the soil. The respective technology results from unexpected results achieved from experiments carried out with extracts of the plant Canavalia ensiformis, resulting in an unheard-of nematotoxic composition comprising a specific combination of substances that are naturally found in the extract and that act synergistically.
