ELECTRICALLY-CONDUCTIVE LUBRICANT
This is to provide an electrically-conductive lubricant having characteristics in combination that it shows liquid crystallinity in a wide temperature range, retains low dynamic friction coefficient, has electrical-conductivity, has almost no loss due to evaporation, decomposition and the like, has a clean appearance, and emits fluorescence, and can find deterioration or leakage immediately.
This electrically-conductive lubricant comprises at least one kind of the compound (1) represented by the formula (1):

A grease composition including: a base oil; a thickener; a zinc sulfonate; a polysulfide; an overbased calcium sulfonate; and triphenyl phosphite, in which a proportion of the zinc sulfonate with respect to a total mass of the base oil and the thickener is 0.030 mass% to 0.045 mass% in terms of a zinc content, a proportion of the polysulfide with respect to the total mass of the base oil and the thickener is 0.16 mass% to 0.24 mass% in terms of a sulfur content, a proportion of the overbased calcium sulfonate with respect to the total mass of the base oil and the thickener is 0.010 mass% to 0.015 mass% in terms of a calcium content, and a proportion of the triphenyl phosphite with respect to the total mass of the base oil and the thickener is 0.24 mass% to 0.36 mass%.
Lubricant composition and bearing having the same sealed therein
Provided are a lubricant composition which is advantageous in that, when applied to a contact area of metal parts, the lubricant composition can suppress generation of rust and can exhibit excellent lubricating performance, and a bearing the lubricant composition having sealed therein. Lubricating oil composition and lubricating agent using same
An aspect of the present invention relates to a lubricant composition containing at least: (A) 50 to 80 mass % of silicone oil represented by formula (1) below, and having a mass-average molecular weight of 900 to 4000, a ratio (C/Si ratio) of carbon to silicon of 3.03 or higher in the structure, and a viscosity index (VI) of 300 or higher; (B) 10 to 49 mass % of hydrocarbon-based lubricant; and (C) 1 to 10 mass % of antioxidant.

Selective acetalization / etherification process

In particular, the process involves a selective catalytic hydrogenolysis of a trihydrocarbyl orthoesterso as to control the extent of dealcoholation to afford either the corresponding acetal or ether product.
