The object of the present invention is to provide a foreign substance removing lubricant composition having high foreign substance removing effects and being capable of improving the lubricating properties as compared to conventional lubricant compositions, a foreign substance removing lubricant composition applied member, and a method for using the foreign substance removing lubricant composition. The foreign substance removing lubricant composition of the present invention comprises a perfluoroalkyl group containing compound (S) having a perfluoroalkyl group or a fluoropolyether containing compound. As a result, foreign substance removing effects can be enhanced, and the lubricating properties can be improved as compared to the conventional lubricant compositions.

LUBRICANT TREATMENTS FOR FREE-RADICAL POLYMERIZATIONS

A process to prepare an ethylene-based polymer, said process comprising polymerizing a mixture comprising ethylene, at a pressure greater than, or equal to, 100 MPa, in the presence of at least one free-radical initiator; and in a reactor system comprising at least one reactor and at least one Hyper-compressor, and wherein at least one oil formulation, optionally comprising one or more lubrication agents, is added to the Hyper-compressor; and wherein at least one of the following steps takes place: A) thermally treating the one or more lubrication agents, in an oxygen-free atmosphere, to achieve a peroxide level10 ppm, based on the weight of the lubrication agent(s), and then adding said agent(s) to the oil formulation, prior to adding the oil formulation to the Hyper-compressor; or B) thermally treating the oil formulation, in an oxygen-free atmosphere, to achieve a peroxide level10 ppm, based on the weight of the oil formulation, prior to adding the oil formulation to the Hyper-compressor; C) a combination of A and B.

Lubricant Composition

A lubricant composition includes a base oil present in an amount of greater than 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the lubricant composition and an antioxidant. The antioxidant has the structure: wherein each X is independently CA or N, so long as at least one X is N but no more than two of X are N. Moreover, A is H, cyano or an electron donating group that: (1) has an atom having at least one lone pair of electrons that is bonded directly to the aromatic ring; or (2) is an aryl group or alkyl group. Further, each R is independently H, an alkyl group, or aryl group and each R is independently an alkyl group or an aryl group.

LUBRICANT COMPOSITION AND ROLLING BEARING HAVING SAME SEALED THEREIN

The rolling bearing of the present invention is lubricated with a lubricant composition which contains a fatty acid metal salt, a metal dithiocarbamate, a phosphorous-type additive, and a basic additive, and which has a total acid value of 3.7 mgKOH/g or more. The rolling bearing makes it possible to further improve anti-fretting performance, and to reduce a decrease in fretting resistance even when used under the circumstance that fluorine-type grease penetrates into the bearing using urea-type grease.

A bearing bracket to support the guide bearing is detachably fastened to one side of the head unit by a bolt, and an inner cap and an outer cap are assembled to the inner and outer surfaces of the bearing bracket by fixing bolts.
