Method for removing one or more of: coating, corrosion, salt from a surface
Embodiments of the present methods and solutions that operate to prepare a metal surface to be ready for coating or primer. The surface is operated on using mechanical or pressure impingement operation in conjunction with application of medium comprising dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) and water (DMEA diluted in water). Embodiments of the present invention can perform the wash or decontamination to leave a clean surface that provides excellent performance in durability and rust resistance after being coated or primed. Other cleaning chemicals if added may reduce the performance and interfere with the desired objective. Other surfaces are contemplated.

Eco-friendly cleaning agent for metal member and method of preparing the same
Disclosed is a cleaning agent for a metal member that may include an amount of about 15 wt % to 30 wt % of an organic acid derived from a monosaccharide, or a salt thereof, an amount of about 0.8 wt % to 1.2 wt % of a chelating agent, an amount of about 0.2 wt % to 0.4 wt % of a surfactant and an amount of about 75 wt % to 85 wt % of a solvent, based on the total weight of the cleaning agent. The acid cleaning agent may be prepared using, as a main material, an organic acid mixture including potassium glucarate, thus exhibiting superior acid cleaning capability and minimizing the generation of offensive odors. The cleaning agent of the present invention may be eco-friendly because the working environment using the same is made comfortable.

LAUNDRY SHEET
The present disclosure relates to a laundry sheet manufactured using polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl-alcohol-based copolymer and containing a surfactant, in which the surfactant includes a main surfactant and a cosurfactant. The main surfactant includes a first main surfactant and a second main surfactant, and the first main surfactant and the second main surfactant are different from each other, each of the first main surfactant and the second main surfactant independently including a C8-C18 alkyl sulfate alkali metal salt. The cosurfactant includes two or more different surfactants, one of which is fatty acid alkyl ester alkoxylate and the remaining one of which is a nonionic surfactant.
AMINO ACID SURFACTANTS
The present disclosure provides derivatives of amino acids that have surface-active properties. The amino acid can be naturally-occurring or synthetic, or they may be obtained via a ring-opening reaction of a lactam, such as caprolactam. The amino acid may be functionalized to form a compound that is surface-active and have advantageous surfactant characteristics. The compounds of the present disclosure have low critical micelle concentrations (CMC) as well as superior ability to lower the surface tension of a liquid.
