LAUNDRY PRODUCTS
Combination of reservoirs (6a, 6b, 6c) providing segregated stocks of components for laundry products to enable a user to formulate multiple doses of laundry products on demand for supplying to a washing machine drum (11), the combination comprises a first reservoir (6a) containing a stock of a first composition containing a bleach component and a second reservoir (6b) containing a stock of a second composition containing a component capable of initiating and/or promoting action of the bleach component in a subsequent wash/rinse cycle and, optionally, a stock of detergent provided in the second reservoir (6b) or an optional third reservoir (6c).
COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR DECONTAMINATING OPIOIDS ON SURFACES
The present invention provides a composition and a method of using the composition to decontaminate surfaces or objects that have opioid contamination, and in particular to decontaminate fentanyls on surfaces using an opioid-active reagent and an opioid-effective solubilizing agent. Preferably, the opioid-active reagent is chlorine dioxide.
Disposable wipes with peracetic acid treatment agent
A disposable, single-use wipe that can be used deodorize, disinfect, and/or sterilize an object. A holder may be used to create or energize one or more treatment agent in a wipe to improve its efficacy. A wipe includes a flexible membrane or cloth-like element that may apply, distribute, and/or remove a treatment agent to, over, or from a surface of the object. An enhanced treatment agent, such as peracetic acid, may be applied to the surface subsequent to being formed in the wipe as a result of installation of the wipe onto a holder, or otherwise activating the wipe. A holder may include a rechargeable reservoir to contain and apply a synergistic treatment agent to the wipe to create the enhanced treatment agent.
Method of washing textile articles
A method of washing textile articles can be carried out, for example, in a continuous batch tunnel washer. Embodiments of the present method can include treating the textile with an aqueous composition including cleaning agent and halogen-containing bleaching agent for a time sufficient to remove soil from the textile and contacting the halogen-treated textile with an aqueous composition including a peroxycarboxylic acid. The concentration of halogen after the sufficient time can be at a level that does not result in adverse interaction between the halogen-containing bleaching agent and the peroxycarboxylic acid. Embodiments of the present method can clean textiles with the results of more effective stain removal and less waste through destruction of the textile article. Further, the present invention can clean a textile contacted soiled by a composition including chlorhexidine gluconate without resulting staining of the textile, which staining could have been permanent.
Dyed coated bleach materials
The invention relates to dyed particles of a bleach material that comprise a coating. The invention also relates to the use of the dyed particles in detergent compositions.
EXTRACTION CLEANER
An extraction cleaner may include a cleaner body including a pump and a suction motor, a supply tank configured to be removably coupled to the cleaner body and configured to receive a first cleaning fluid, an additive tank configured to receive a second cleaning fluid, a recovery tank configured to be removably coupled to the cleaner body, and a cleaning tool including a fluid applicator and a cleaning assembly, the fluid applicator is configured to deliver one of the first cleaning fluid or a mixture of the first cleaning fluid and the second cleaning fluid to a surface to be cleaned and the cleaning assembly is configured to extract at least a portion of the delivered first cleaning fluid or at least a portion of the delivered mixture.
Portable washing kit and washing method
A holder is formed of a single sheet, and includes two folding portions located at a predetermined distance in its longitudinal direction. The holder is folded in three by being divided by the two folding portions into a first holder-sheet portion, a second holder-sheet portion, and a third holder-sheet portion arranged in a stated order. A holding portion being a slit that holds a detergent packet, a rinse packet, and a support sheet is formed in the first holder-sheet portion.
Disinfecting detergent
A disinfecting detergent comprising 0.1-6% (w/w %) of hydrogen peroxide, 0.01-0.6% (w/w %) of peracetic acid, 0.01-2% (w/w %) of an ion-pair reagent and/or a phase transfer catalyst, 0.01-1% (w/w %) of a surfactant, 0.1-3% (w/w %) of a base, 0-1% (w/w %) of a stabilizer, and 90-96% (w/w %) of water, where the pH value of the disinfecting detergent is 7.1-9.9. The disinfecting detergent has the advantages of low toxicity, low corrosivity, no pungent smell and fast, broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization, virus killing effect and spore killing effect.
METHOD OF TREATING FABRICS
A method of treating fabrics including the steps of: providing a fabric comprising an ester containing compound pre-deposited thereon; and (ii) contacting the fabric with an aqueous medium comprising an acyl transferase enzyme and a peroxide source, wherein the acyl transferase enzyme causes generation of peracid in situ in the aqueous medium.
