SUPPORT PAD
A support pad comprises a first surface layer, a second surface layer and an airbag structure. The first surface layer is disposed on the first surface of the support pad. The second surface layer is disposed on the second surface of the support pad and connected to the first surface layer. An edge of the first surface layer is connected to an edge of the second surface layer to cover the airbag structure. The airbag structure has a plurality of hollowed portions and a first connecting portion of the first surface layer is connected to a second connecting portion of the second surface layer through a space provided by the hollowed portions.
INFLATABLE PRODUCT AND TENSIONING BEAM THEREOF
An inflatable product including tensioning beams is described. The inflatable product may include a first wall, a second wall spaced apart from the first wall, and an air chamber defined by at least the first and second walls. The inflatable product includes a plurality of tensioning beams disposed in the air chamber and coupled to the first and second walls. Each of the tensioning beams can include a first sheet made of a first flexible material and having an outer perimeter and a second sheet made of a second flexible material and having an outer perimeter, the outer perimeter of the second sheet overlapping the outer perimeter of the first sheet. Each of the tensioning beams can include a first layer, a first and a second pair of coupling layers, and a sandwiching arrangement.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTERNAL AIRBED STRUCTURE
An air mattress comprises an internal structure for helping the air mattress maintain a desired geometric shape when inflated and for preventing shearing of the top and bottom surfaces of the mattress. The internal structure comprises a plurality of connection strips or a mesh web that are attached to a plurality of top surface connection points and bottom surface connection points.
INFLATABLE UNDER THE BED FILLER
A filler formed to fit underneath a bed frame is provided. The filler includes a membrane. The membrane may include a top layer, bottom layer, and a sidewall connecting the top layer and the bottom layer together. An internal pocket is formed within the membrane. The internal pocket is capable receiving and retaining a gas, thereby making the membrane an inflatable membrane. A valve is secured to the membrane and forms a fluid connection from the internal pocket to an outside, allowing users to inflate and deflate the membrane.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR POSITIONING A SEATED PATIENT
An apparatus is configured for use with a chair having a supporting surface, and includes a bottom member having a cushioning member, the bottom member adapted to be placed above the supporting surface. The bottom member has a rear edge adapted to be placed proximate a rear of the chair and a front edge opposite the rear edge. The apparatus further includes a top member having a bottom surface positioned in confronting relation to the bottom member and a top surface opposite the bottom surface. The top member and the bottom member are connected to each other along at least one of the front and rear edges, and at least a portion of the top member is slidable with respect to the bottom member. The apparatus further includes a second cushioning member connected to a rear end of the apparatus and adapted to extend upward from the rear end.
Universal air handler unit
A universal air handler unit includes a blower and evaporator juxtaposed one another within a compact, weather resistant cabinet adapted for outdoor installation. Ports for cool and return air ducts disposed on one side of the cabinet couple directly to the blower and evaporator respectively. Return air drawn by the blower into the cabinet passes across the evaporator core, then through the blower and back out through the adjacent cool air duct. Coolant lines couple to a stand-alone condenser/compressor unit. In a particular embodiment, an adapter enables stacking the condenser/compressor unit atop the cabinet to reduce the overall footprint of the combination. In another embodiment, a manifold adapted to couple to the cool and return air ducts may be installed in various locations, the air handler unit slideably coupling to the manifold during installation, and easily decoupling and reecoupling for transportation and maintenance.
Dual-wall inflatable mattress
A dual-wall inflatable mattress includes a top sheet, a bottom sheet and a side circumference sheet. The side circumference sheet includes an outer peripheral sheet and an inner peripheral sheet. The outer peripheral sheet extends around the perimeter of the top sheet and the bottom sheet and connects an outer edge of the top sheet and an outer edge of the bottom sheet to form an internal volume. The inner peripheral sheet is disposed in the inner volume for dividing the inner volume into disconnected first air chamber and second air chamber. The first air chamber is defined by the top sheet, the bottom sheet and the inner peripheral sheet, and the second air chamber is defined by the top sheet, the bottom sheet, the outer peripheral sheet and the inner peripheral sheet. The first air chamber and the second air chamber respectively use independent air nozzles.
Inflatable under the bed filler
A filler formed to fit underneath a bed frame is provided. The filler includes a membrane. The membrane may include a top layer, bottom layer, and a sidewall connecting the top layer and the bottom layer together. An internal pocket is formed within the membrane. The internal pocket is capable of receiving and retaining a gas, thereby making the membrane an inflatable membrane. A valve is secured to the membrane and forms a fluid connection from the internal pocket to an outside, allowing users to inflate and deflate the membrane.
Method and apparatus for welding 3D bellows, and bellows
The present invention relates to a method for welding a 3D bellows. The method includes: repeatedly laminating a unit cell material, a second adhesion-preventing film, a different unit cell material, and a first adhesion-preventing film; forming ventilation holes on the unit cell materials by pressing a hole-processing cutter on which a hole-circumference welding heater is installed onto the laminated unit cell materials and the first adhesion-preventing films, and then heating the circumference of the ventilation holes; finishing two sides of the unit cells by positioning, on two outermost surfaces of the laminated unit cell materials, a first finishing unit cell material and a second finishing unit cell material provided with an air injection port; and cutting the first finishing unit cell material, the unit cell materials, and the second finishing unit cell material and heating the periphery of the cut area by pressing a contour-processing cutter.
