Adapter of an agricultural implement and agricultural implement
Adapter (27) of an agricultural implement, having a first, cylindrically contoured section (27a), the external diameter of which is designed to couple the agricultural implement to a US quick-hitch attachment system of an agricultural support vehicle, and having a second, spherically contoured section (27b), the external diameter of which is designed to couple the agricultural implement to a European lower-link attachment system of an agricultural support vehicle.
Drawbar Tow Hitch Assembly
A drawbar tow hitch assembly for towing a trailer with a ball hitch using a tractor includes a tube that has a passageway extending for having a drawbar of a tractor extended therethrough. A pin is extendable through the tube to engage the drawbar for attaching the tube to the drawbar. A tow ball is removably attached to the tube to facilitate the tractor to tow a trailer with a ball hitch when the tube is positioned on the drawbar. A plurality of nuts is each attached to the tube. A pair of eyebolts is provided and a respective one of the eyebolts is adjustably attachable to the plurality of nuts to engage a tow point on the tractor.
AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR HAVING AN IMPLEMENT LINKAGE
An agricultural tractor having an implement hitch or linkage arranged to receive linkage balls of different types. The tractor is provided with at least one linkage ball holder which can be used to store unused linkage balls on the tractor. The linkage ball holder is at least partly formed from a resiliently deformable material, such that a linkage ball can easily be retained within the holder without the need for additional mechanical locking parts.
Towing hitch
The disclosure relates to a towing hitch for a work vehicle. The towing hitch includes a retaining element. A coupling member coupled to the retaining element. A guide element having at least one guide channel formed therein; wherein the guide channel is sized to receive a portion of the retaining element. An actuator coupled to at least one surface of the retaining element, wherein the actuator is arranged such that lateral displacement of the actuator moves the retaining element between a first position and a second position within the guide channel of the guide element.
Steerable axle
A steerable axle includes a housing defining a ball seat therein, a ball member received within the ball seat and defining a cutout portion to receive a portion of a ball bearing therein, an interstitial space defined by a surface of the ball seat and a surface of the ball member, and a ball bearing disposed within the interstitial space and received into the cutout portion of the ball member. The ball bearing moves within the interstitial space when the ball member rotates along the x or y axis, but is restricted from movement along the z axis. Restriction of movement of the ball bearing along the z axis results in a corresponding restriction of movement of the ball member along the z axis.
COUPLING ARRANGEMENT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A coupling arrangement for an agricultural tractor includes a drawbar having a first bar section, which is mounted in a longitudinally movable manner in a holder for attachment to an underside of a differential housing of the agricultural tractor, and a second bar section, which is situated opposite the first bar section and is guided in a longitudinally movable manner within adjacent upper and lower supporting cheeks of a coupling carrier plate provided for attachment to the rear of the agricultural tractor. The drawbar is movable into a plurality of coupling positions by longitudinal movement and can be locked therein with respect to the coupling carrier plate via at least one securing element.
IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO HITCHING
A vehicle-to-implement hitch is provided and comprises a force transfer hitch connector adapted to provide a hitch point to which an implement can be connected. The connector is couplable to the vehicle by one or more flexible tensioning members which are, or can be moved so as to be, taut whereby to create a rigid structure comprising a hitch location such that the hitch point is movable.
Drawbar auto-connect assembly
A coupling assembly is provided for coupling an implement to a vehicle having a pickup hitch. The pickup hitch has a drawbar which is slidable in a pivotal drawbar housing. A coupler frame is attached to the implement, and has a socket which receives a ball mounted to the drawbar. Side members are attached to the coupler frame. Recesses are formed on the sides of the drawbar. In a coupled position, the side members are received by the recesses and are held between the drawbar housing and the drawbar.
