BUBBLE UP AUGER FOR COMBINE HARVESTER
A bubble-up auger for a combine harvester includes a rotatable shaft, a lower auger section either mounted to or forming part of the rotatable shaft, and an upper auger section that is removably connected to the lower auger section, and includes an opening through which the shaft is at least partially positioned. The upper auger section is moveable between a first position where the upper auger section is detached from the lower auger section and a second position where the upper auger section is connected to the lower auger section.
HARVESTER WITH TANK EXPANSION
A harvested material tank of a harvester is disclosed. The harvested material tank comprises a tank expansion formed from a plurality of movable elements. At least one of the plurality of movable elements includes at least one access flap that, when in an open position, offers access for a user to the interior of the harvested material tank.
GRAIN CART WITH ACCESS AND SAFETY ELEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION OR CLEANING OPERATOR
Disclosed is a grain cart having an inverted V-shaped ridge on top of the cover of the flow gate system to reduce the grain load on the blades and the force required to move them. The ridge includes supports for a walkway that provides safety to cleaning, inspection and maintenance personnel for mechanisms at the bottom of the hopper, in particular the sweep auger and the flow gate system, without affecting the unloading rate. Such supports include a series of inverted V-shaped plates placed on edge to reduce the obstruction to the passage of grains, the plates having a horizontal upper web that forms a non-slip surface for the operator to walk on the walkway. The ridge with walkway only occupies the central portion of the ridge, leaving a free area towards the sides that allows the free passage of grains and pellets of compacted wet grain during unloading.
BUBBLE UP AUGER FOR COMBINE HARVESTER
A bubble-up auger assembly for an agricultural vehicle includes a rotatable shaft having flightings and a first connection end that is configured to be releasably engaged with an input shaft for rotating the rotatable shaft. A tube surrounds the rotatable shaft. A linkage guides movement of the auger assembly between a raised position and a lowered position. In the raised position, the connection end of the rotatable shaft is positioned to be engaged with the input shaft. In the lowered position, the connection end of the rotatable shaft is positioned to be separated from the input shaft. As the auger assembly is moved from the raised position to the lowered position, in a first movement, the linkage is configured to initially translate the auger assembly in a first direction, and in a second movement, the linkage is configured to rotate the auger assembly to the lowered position.
Expansion device for a bulk material container
An expansion device for a bulk goods container includes a frame, a plurality of wall panels that are connected to the frame in an articulated manner to pivot outwardly such that a pivoted-out position delimit an interior space of the expansion device, connecting elements that are connected in an articulated manner to the wall panels at two edges of the connecting elements and first expansion elements that are connected in an articulated manner to an upper edge of the wall panels and are configured to pivot between a position resting against the wall panels and a position that extends the wall panels. The position extending the wall panels, flexible membrane elements are tensioned between the first expansion elements.
Harvested Material Receptacle For A Harvester
A harvested material receptacle for a harvester is disclosed. The harvested material receptacle includes a hopper that is open at the top with a substantially polygonal opening cross-section and extension elements arranged in pairs opposite each other. The extension elements are each pivotably articulated about a substantially horizontally running pivot shaft at the edge of an opening of the hopper to transition the extension elements from a substantially closed transport position into an open receiving position and vice versa, wherein the extension elements that are opposite one another lie sandwich-like on each other when in their transport position.
VOLUME EXTENDING ASSEMBLY FOR COMBINE STORAGE TANK
An extension assembly for a processed crop storage tank on a combine. A closure assembly for a top opening on the tank has at least one panel with one surface area that is exposed to bound a part of an exterior space above the storage space with the closure assembly open. The extension assembly has a first extension panel with a first surface with a first area and a connecting system through which the first extension panel is operatively connected to the combine. The first extension panel is changeable between a deployed position and a stored position. In the deployed position the first surface and one surface define a combined exposed surface area that is greater than the first area of the first surface. The combined surface area is exposed to confine processed crop in the exterior space with the closure assembly open.
Grain tank with increased storage capacity for an agricultural harvester
A grain tank for an agricultural harvester includes a floor, a plurality of upstanding walls, and an unloading conveyance. The floor has a plurality of side edges. Each wall has a lower edge positioned along a corresponding side edge of the floor. The unloading conveyance has an inlet in communication with an interior of the grain tank adjacent to the floor. At least one of the walls of the grain tank is movable relative to the floor between an expanded harvest position and a folded transport position.
COMBINE HARVESTER ANTENNA MOUNTING
An antenna mounting apparatus for a combine harvester where the apparatus includes a first grain tank extension panel mounted to a frame so as to be moveable between an open, extended, position and a closed, retracted, position. An antenna-supporting bracket is pivotally mounted to the grain tank extension panel around a first pivot axis. Actuation means are provided to pivot the antenna-supporting bracket with respect to the grain tank extension member when the grain tank extension panel moves between the open position and closed position.
Harvesting machine and swivel conveyor screw therefor
A harvesting machine has a crop tank and a conveyor screw inside the tank which extends from a material inlet opening on a wall of the crop tank into the interior of the crop tank. The conveyor screw comprises at least one proximal portion adjacent to the material inlet opening and one distal portion spaced apart from the material inlet opening at least by the proximal portion. The proximal portion and distal portion are rotatable around conveying axes running in different directions. The conveyor screw can be operated in a work position in which the conveying axis of the distal portion is oriented to be steeper than the conveying axis of the proximal portion.
