The wheel support and the tedder frame are each pivotable around a common axle on the main frame, the lifting unit includes an adjustment assembly attached to the wheel support at a first attachment point and to the tedder frame at a second attachment point, the first attachment point and the second attachment point span the common axle and form a triangle therewith, and the lifting unit is configured to pivot the tedder frame and the wheel support around the common axle to bring the agricultural implement into a predetermined position between and including the working position and the headland position.

Haymaking Machine with Catching Element
20220330484 · 2022-10-20 ·

A haymaking machine has a rake rotor with frame and support arm provided with a base part and a sliding part. The base part is pivotably connected to the frame about a support arm axis to enable the support arm to pivot between a lowered active position and a raised passive position. The sliding part is slidable relative to the base part between an inner position and an outer position for length adjustment of the support arm. The outer position is farther removed from the support arm axis than the inner position. A catching element is connected to the sliding part. A linear drive is connected to frame and sliding part to move the sliding part into the inner position and pivot the support arm from active position into passive position. A retaining mechanism holds the support arm in active position until the sliding part has reached the inner position.

Locking linkage for folding agricultural implement
11259464 · 2022-03-01 · ·

An agricultural implement includes a first frame member and a second frame member pivotally connected to each other and an actuating assembly configured to rotate the second frame member. The actuating assembly includes a first link pivotally connected to the first frame member, a second link pivotally connected to the second frame member, and a third link attached to an actuator. Two of the first, second, and third links are pivotally connected by a connecting pin, which is received in a slot formed in the third one of the links. The actuating assembly is configured to prevent the pin from moving along the slot and to allow rotation of the second link relative to the third link, when the second frame member is arranged between a retracted position and an expanded position, and to allow the pin to move along the slot, when the second frame member is arranged in the expanded position.

A swather rake attachment assembly that quick connects to a front of a swather and includes two rake arms that each include lateral holding arm pivot connections to a base frame where the lateral arms are each pivotally coupled to arched reinforcement members by a torsion assembly that is coupled to a parabolic curved tool bar that includes the parabolic curved tool bar and arched reinforcement members, and includes a Z-bar coupling of the two rake arms together that control the height of the arm rake assemblies.

SIMPLIFIED HAYMAKING MACHINE WITH A CARRIER
20220304237 · 2022-09-29 · ·

The present invention relates to an agricultural haymaking machine comprising a chassis resting on the ground by at least one wheel and intended to be coupled to a tractor able to move the machine in a direction of advance, a carrier carrying a plurality of rotors being swivel mounted to the chassis around a central pin oriented transversally to the direction of advance, each rotor being driven around a respective drive axis, and a lift actuator, articulated to the chassis on one hand and to the carrier on another hand, being able to make the carrier pivot around the central pin relative to the chassis, the machine being able to adopt a headland configuration in which the carrier is raised, as well as a work configuration in which the carrier rests on the ground by means of at least one support. The central pin is rigidly attached to the carrier, and the machine comprises a positioning actuator able to move the central pin relative to the chassis to change the position of the drive axes relative to the ground.

RAKE FRAME WITH HINGE JOINT CONNECTING FRONT AND REAR FRAME SECTIONS
20210368673 · 2021-12-02 ·

A rake frame subassembly includes a front frame segment and a rear frame segment connected by a hinge joint having two or more hinges and an adjustment element. The hinge joint connects or is configured to connect the front frame section and the rear frame section. The hinge joint is also configured to enable both an orientation of the rear frame section relative to the front frame section and a position of the rear frame section relative to the front frame section to be adjusted using the adjustment element, or is configured to enable a position of the rear frame section relative to the front frame section to be adjusted using the adjustment element.

An agricultural implement including a central chassis member having a support structure with support arms connected to the support structure for movement between a working position and a transport position, the support arms having operating elements defining a working width between the operating elements and the main chassis member. The support arms are adjustable in the working position between a length corresponding to minimum working width and a length greater than the minimum working width. In the transport position a distance between the operating elements and the main chassis member is less than the minimum working width. A first stop defines the position of the minimum working width and a second stop arranged vertically with respect to the first stop retains the support arm in the transport position when the distance between the operating elements and the main chassis member is less than the minimum working width.
