Agricultural baler with rolls having overlapping extensions
A roll assembly, which may be included in an agricultural baler, includes: a first roll having a first roll surface with a plurality of first extensions extending therefrom, the first extensions defining a first rotation path when rotated; and a second roll having a second roll surface with a plurality of second extensions extending therefrom, the second extensions defining a second rotation path when rotated. The first roll and the second roll are disposed adjacent to one another such that the first rotation path and the second rotation path partially overlap. At least one roll driver is coupled to at least one of the first roll or the second roll and configured to rotate the first roll and the second roll in the rotation direction such that the first extensions and the second extensions do not collide with each other during rotation of the first roll and the second roll.

Round Baler
A round baler has a rear door pivotable relative to the frame. A circulating press element defines a press chamber inside the frame for forming crop bales. A tension rocker is pivotable relative to the frame and has a rotatable rocker guide roller guiding the press element. A first pressure element is arranged at frame and rear door and acts between frame and rear door. A second pressure element is arranged at rear door and tension rocker and acts between rear door and tension rocker. At least one of the pressure elements is a linear actor. By length expansion of the first pressure element, rear door and tension rocker are pivotable, wherein the rear door is pivotable upwardly to enable ejection of crop bales. The rear door is pivotable downwardly by length expansion of the second pressure element. A method for operating the round baler is provided.

NET GUIDE FOR UPPER ROLLERS OF ROUND BALER
A round baler includes a first roller and a second roller that define a gap therebetween and are arranged to position forming belts immediately adjacent to a baling chamber. A third roller is arranged to position the forming belts radially outward of the baling chamber. The forming belts move along a belt path in sequence from the first roller, to the third roller, and then to the second roller, such that the baling chamber is not bounded by the forming belts in the gap between the first roller and the second roller. A net guide is radially supported by both the first roller and the second roller and laterally positioned between an adjacent pair of the forming belts. The net guide extends across the gap to guide a net material across the gap and prevent the net material from following the forming belts away from the baling chamber.
BELT
The invention relates to a belt (1) with a first belt end (11) and a second belt end (12), both belt ends (11, 12) being connected together. The belt (1) is characterized in that the first belt end (11) has at least one first segment (13) and a second segment (14), and the second belt end (12) has at least one first segment (15) and a second segment (16). The first segment (13) of the first belt end (11) is connected to the first segment (15) of the second belt end (12) by means of at least one connection element (17), and the second segment (14) of the first belt end (11) is connected to the second segment (16) of the second belt end (12) by means of at least one other connection element (17), wherein the first segment (13) of the first belt end (11) is offset in the longitudinal direction (X) in some sections relative to the second segment (14) of the first belt end (11), and the first segment (15) of the second belt end (12) is offset in the longitudinal direction (X) in some sections relative to the second segment (16) of the second belt end (12).
