DEVICE FOR HOLDING A PIVOTING CUTTING BLADE
A device for holding a cutting blade having a cam, including a blade pivot pin for mounting the cutting blade in a pivoting manner on a cutting tool, and a cam pivot pin connected to a driving mechanism of the blade, a first pivot pin chosen from the blade pivot pin and the cam pivot pin being provided with a matching-shape axial lock. The other pivot pin is provided with a manually tightened axial lock. The device includes a catch having a first end with a latch able to be engaged with and held on the first pivot pin by matching shapes, and a second end able to be engaged with and held on the pivot pin provided with the manually tightened axial lock.
INTERCHANGEABLE TOOLELSSLY RELEASABLE HANDLES FOR HAND TOOLS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Presented here are toollessly releasable, interchangeable handles for hand tools and methods of use thereof. Hand tool users often experience discomfort and injury because hand tool handles are not well suited to each user's hands. In addition, different hand tools have different handles, so users that switch between hand tools often find a different level of comfort with different hand tools. The disclosed platform for interchangeable handles for hand tools allows a user to attach handles custom fitted to their hand to any corresponding hand tool, and likewise allows different users to share a hand tool by detaching the first user's handles and then attaching a second user's handles. Various embodiments for connecting interchangeable handles to hand tools are shown. Additionally, a fluid reservoir disposed within an interchangeable handle and locking mechanisms for keeping the interchangeable handles attached to the hand tool are disclosed.
Bidirectional driving mechanism for electric scissors blades and electric scissors blades
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric scissors, and in particular relates to a bidirectional driving mechanism for electric scissors blades and electric scissors. The bidirectional driving mechanism for electric scissors blade includes a fixed seat, a driving gear, a rotating shaft member, an upper blade group and a lower blade. The driving gear and the rotating shaft member are arranged on fixed seat, the lower blade and the upper blade group rotate around the rotating shaft member, an outer rack is arranged at a rear part of the lower blade, a front part of the upper blade group is an upper blade, a rear part of the upper blade group is a meshing block, and an inner rack is arranged at a rear part of the meshing block; and the inner rack and the outer rack are respectively meshed with both sides of the driving gear.
Gardening shears having effort-saving structure
A gardening shears includes a shank having an elongated groove, a first handle connected to the bottom end of the shank, a first shear blade having a first blade portion and a first shank portion with top end connected to the bottom end of the first blade portion, a second handle connected to the bottom end of the first shank portion, and a second shear blade having a second blade portion and a second shank portion with top end connected to the bottom end of the second blade portion. The first shank portion has an axle assembly located in the elongated groove. The second shank portion is pivotably connected with the first shank portion and the shank by first and second pivot members respectively. When the handles are opened or closed, the axle assembly moves along the elongated groove to change the torque on the handles to save effort.
HAND TOOL WITH SHEAR ASSEMBLY
A hand tool including a shear assembly is provided. The hand tool includes a first handle, a second handle, a cutting blade, and a linkage. The first handle forms a channel extending along a reference axis corresponding to an extension of the first handle. The second handle includes a cutting member. The cutting blade forms a first opening and a second opening. The linkage is attached, via a first fastener, in pivotal arrangement to the first handle at the channel and to the cutting blade at the second opening. The cutting blade is attached, via a second fastener, in pivotal arrangement to the second handle at the first opening.
HAND TOOL WITH SHEAR ASSEMBLY
A hand tool including a shear assembly is provided, including a first handle, a second handle including a cutting member, and a cutting blade. The cutting blade forms a first opening and a second opening. The first handle is attachable in a first operating mode to the cutting blade at the first opening via a first fastener. The first handle is attachable in a second operating mode to the cutting blade at the second opening via the first fastener. The cutting blade is attached in pivotal arrangement to the second handle via a second fastener.
SHEARS WITH A MECHANICAL END STOP
Portable motorized electric shears include at least one mobile blade, an electric motor for driving the at least one mobile blade, and at least one mechanical end stop for the mechanical end of travel of the mobile blade in at least one direction of travel; a structure for detecting abutment against the stop, in the at least one direction of travel, on the basis of a current drawn by the electric motor.
GARDEN SHEARS
A garden shears has: a cutting blade portion and a handle portion. The cutting blade portion has a pair of cutting blades, a plurality of screws, and the handle portion has a first handle and a second handle. Each of handle portions has a metal main body and a covering layer having a polymer material. The covering layer of the second handle further has an anti-slip layer having a polymer material on an outer side surface. Each of the cutting blades has at least three screws respectively engaged with an assembling portion of the first handle and an assembling portion of the second handle. A rotatable blocking portion is installed between the first handle and the cutting blades, and the blocking portion has a stopping block and a screw engaging with the assembling portion of the first handle.
GEARED HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a first jaw; a first handle coupled to a second jaw, the second jaw pivotably coupled to the first jaw and having a first geared structure, the first geared structure including a first plurality of teeth and a first bearing surface; and, a second handle coupled to a lever, the lever pivotably coupled to the first jaw and including a second geared structure, the second geared structure including a second plurality of teeth and a second bearing surface, wherein the first and second handles are movable between a full open position and a full close position such that during movement from the full open position to the full close position, the first plurality of teeth are at least partially engaged with the second plurality of teeth and the first and second bearing surfaces are in rolling contact.
Garden shears
A garden shears has a first cutting member, a second cutting member and a protecting member. The first cutting member and the second cutting member are combined adjacent to each other, and the first cutting member and the second cutting member respectively have a blade portion facing the blade portion of the other cutting member. The blades of the first cutting member and the second cutting member are used for opposite positioning cutting, instead of staggered cutting after closing, which can avoid the formation of two different cut surfaces on both sides of the branches. The protecting member has a securing aperture and an arced slot, and the securing aperture is a polygonal aperture with multiple engaging edges.
