Electric pole lopper
Electric pole loppers are provided. An electric pole lopper includes a handle, a connecting pole and a pruning component which are connected in sequence, wherein the pruning component comprises a casing, a control mechanism and, connected in sequence, a motive power mechanism, a drive mechanism and a cutter set, wherein the motive power mechanism and the drive mechanism are disposed in the casing, the cutter set is disposed at that end of the casing which is remote from the motive power mechanism, a switch connected to the motive power mechanism is provided on the handle, and the control mechanism is connected to the drive mechanism; the drive mechanism is a worm gear/worm drive mechanism or a ball screw drive mechanism.
WORK TOOL AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM THEREOF
A work tool and transmission system thereof. The transmission system comprises: a first shaft (250) and a second shaft (350), a near end (351) of the second shaft having a first mating part; a shaft coupler (600), a far-side part (620) of the shaft coupler having a second mating part matched in shape to the first mating part; and a coupling mechanism capable of directly or indirectly applying a coupling force to at least one of the first shaft, the second shaft and the shaft coupler; when the far-side part of the shaft coupler is aligned with the near end of the second shaft in the circumferential direction, the coupling force forces the first mating part to engage with the second mating part, so that the shaft coupler transmits rotational movement of the first shaft to the second shaft. The work tool comprises: a transmission system; a motive power head transmission-connected to the first shaft (250); and a working head transmission-connected to the second shaft (350).
Impact protecting member for a cutting tool
A cutting tool including a housing, the cutting tool having a longitudinal extension from the housing to a cutting element provided at the distal end of the cutting tool. The housing is provided with a rigid impact protecting member having at least a rigid portion, the rigid portion being transverse to the longitudinal extension of the cutting tool and provided at a distance from the housing such that the housing is protected from an impact.
POWER LOPPER ATTACHMENT
A lopper or lopper head attachment may include a primary gear, a secondary gear, a ratchet gear, an engagement flag, a dampened lag bolt, and a cutting blade. The secondary gear may be enmeshed with the primary gear. The secondary gear may define a lag groove radially offset form the secondary axis. The ratchet gear may be rotatable about a secondary axis separately from the secondary gear. The engagement flag may be rotatably mounted to secondary gear to move between an unengaged position and a engaged position. The dampened lag bolt may be slidably received within the lag groove to move relative to the secondary gear between a permissive position and a restrictive position. The cutting blade may be in mechanical communication with the ratchet gear to be pivoted thereby, in the engaged position of the engagement flag, to a closed position from an open position.
Power tool and a driving mechanism for use in a power tool
A driving mechanism for use in a power tool and a power tool comprising the driving mechanism in connection with a motor and an operation member. The driving mechanism includes a sliding member arranged to drive the operation member, the sliding member is arranged to move between a first sliding position and a second sliding position along a longitudinal axis during an operation of the power tool so as to drive the operation member to move between a first operation position and a second operation position respectively.
A POWER TOOL AND A DRIVING MECHANISM FOR USE IN A POWER TOOL
A driving mechanism for use in a power tool and a power tool comprising the driving mechanism in connection with a motor and an operation member. The driving mechanism includes a sliding member arranged to drive the operation member, the sliding member is arranged to move between a first sliding position and a second sliding position along a longitudinal axis during an operation of the power tool so as to drive the operation member to move between a first operation position and a second operation position respectively.
ELECTRIC POLE LOPPER
Disclosed in the present invention is an electric lopper, comprising a handle, a connecting pole and a pruning component which are connected in sequence, wherein the pruning component comprises a casing, a control mechanism and, connected in sequence, a motive power mechanism, a drive mechanism and a cutter set, wherein the motive power mechanism and the drive mechanism are disposed in the casing, the cutter set is disposed at that end of the casing which is remote from the motive power mechanism, a switch connected to the motive power mechanism is provided on the handle, and the control mechanism is connected to the drive mechanism; the drive mechanism is a worm gear/worm drive mechanism or a ball screw drive mechanism. The present invention is used for pruning bushes, branches, etc.
IMPACT PROTECTING MEMBER FOR A CUTTING TOOL
A cutting tool including a housing, the cutting tool having a longitudinal extension from the housing to a cutting element provided at the distal end of the cutting tool. The housing is provided with a rigid impact protecting member having at least a first rigid portion, the rigid portion being transverse to the longitudinal extension of the cutting tool and provided at a distance from the housing such that the housing is protected from an impact.
AUTOMATED HARVESTER EFFECTOR
An effector coupled to an automated harvesting apparatus, the effector comprising a sensor unit configured to obtain fruit cluster related data relating; a closed kinematic chain mechanism configured: to expand from a closed configuration to an expanded configuration; close from the expanded configuration to the closed configuration; harvesting shears configured to cut the fruit stem, said harvesting shears are coupled to the kinematical closed chain mechanism; a catch mechanism configured to catch the fruit stem after the fruit stem is cut by the harvesting shears; and, a processor configured to operate the effector to cut the fruit stem.
TOOL WITH SELECTIVELY ENGAGABLE TOOL HEAD
A tool is provided, the tool including a handle, a tool head, a first gear, a compound gear, a shaft, and an actuating member coupled to the shaft. The handle extends along a longitudinal direction. The tool head is configured to receive a motive force to selectively engage or disengage the tool head. The first gear is operably coupled to the tool head. The compound gear is selectively coupled to the first gear. The shaft extends through the compound gear and is affixed to the shaft. The actuating member is coupled to the handle. Movement of the actuating member along the longitudinal direction selectively engages or disengages the compound gear and the first gear.
