READY TO USE GROW BAGS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
An elongated bag for use as a ready-to-use grow bag. The bag is manufactured as an elongated plastic body with a sealed bottom and a sealable top. The bag includes one or more gussets defined by folds in the bag and a score line for a tear strip in an area sufficiently below the top and above the fill material to allow the bag to lie flat for transportation and deploy into a cylinder for planting. The bag includes drain holes near the bottom of the bag and microperforations along the bag for respiration.
CONTAINER FOR PLANTS
This invention pertains to a plant container. The plant container is characterised, essentially, by: a rigid frame (1) formed by at least two mounting supports (2), one for each side of the container, a top ring (3) preferably in a quadrilateral shape, supplemented with lateral and transverse (5) and longitudinal reinforcing beams (4); a soil, water or plant substrate reservoir (6) , supported on said frame; a water deposit (7); and a water transmission system to said substrate.
COLLAPSIBLE AND EXPANDABLE HORTICULTURAL TRAY
The present invention, in different embodiments, discloses a horticultural tray and a method of use thereof. The horticultural tray includes first and second elongate portions having one or more receptacles for growing medium, and a foldable elongate portion between the first and second elongate portions. The foldable elongate portion has a central hinge and sloped side portions that slope downward and away from the central hinge toward the first and second elongate portions. The foldable elongate portion also has side hinges disposed between the foldable elongate portion and the first and second elongate portions. The horticultural tray may also have a first locking tab and a second locking tab configured so that the first locking tab fits securely inside the second locking tab when the horticultural tray is in a collapsed configuration.
Apparatus to house botanicals during transport
An apparatus for housing botanicals during transport is disclosed. The apparatus may be configured to convert to a display assembly for the botanicals. The apparatus may include: a covering component having a primary opening on one end and a permeable structure on a second end; a sleeve component having a support structure on one end and a receiving opening on a second end, the sleeve component being configured to be partially inserted into the covering component; a holding component having a secondary opening at one end and a water-tight chamber wall at the other end, the holding component being configured to be partially inserted into the sleeve component, such that the secondary opening is positioned within the sleeve component; in order facilitate converting the apparatus into a display assembly, the covering component is removed from the sleeve component and the holding component is inserted into the covering component.
Device and Method for Growing Plants Upon an Undulating Surface
A device for growing plants above a selected surface includes a bottom member disposed upon a selected surface; a top member disposed upon and secured to said bottom member via two longitudinal securing seams, whereby, said top member includes two outer longitudinal flap portions and a longitudinal center portion, which ultimately receives a growing material in which plants and/or seeds are disposed. The longitudinal flap portions are ultimately folded above the growing material whereby longitudinal edge portions of the flap portions are separated a predetermined distance for allowing water and light to engage the growing material. Pipe members are removably secured to longitudinal edge portions of each longitudinal side of the bottom member, thereby enabling the manual lifting and transport of the device for disposal upon a selected surface.
A modified device for growing plants upon an undulating surface includes the above device with multiple apertures disposed proximate to a selected inner portion of a folded lower flap portion of the top member; and at least one water retaining member disposed between the folded lower flap portion of the top member and a lower elevation side of the bottom member.

TERRARIUM WITH A CATCH TRAY, INTERIOR CATCH TRAY, METHODS OF USE AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY
A catch tray for a terrarium container. The tray comprises a rectangular bottom wall, first opposite rectangular side walls each separated from the bottom wall by one of first folding lines, and second opposite rectangular side walls each separated from the bottom wall by one of second folding lines. Each of the first and second side walls is oriented upwardly with respect to the bottom wall and connected to the bottom wall by the corresponding first or second folding line. Each of the first side walls is separated from adjacent one of the second side walls by two triangular corner panels connected to each other by a corner folding line and to the adjacent first and second side walls by the first or second folding lines. The triangular corner panels folded inwardly with respect to the side panels so as to define triangle shaped flaps disposed inside the tray.
Transportable planter
The apparatus disclosed allows a user to easily garden in a reduced area or confined space with limiting yard or space to garden. The apparatus comprises a collapsible and portable planter that allows for growth of plants upwards and downwards, the planter being collapsible for shipping and transport from one location to another, and further providing a hardware component to elevate oneself or items from a ground surface. The planter is placed upon a support frame, the support frame being collapsible into a relatively flat or two-dimensional structure easy to carry. The planter can be removably placed upon the support frame. Further, the planter and support frame together as the apparatus can be picked up and moved as desired by a user. Embodiments of the apparatus are simply designed to allow a user easy set-up, assembly, and use.

Collapsible box with side wall article supports
A parallelogram shaped box with side walls formed by parallel, generally rectangular bar members has a plurality of grommets inserted into the side walls between the bar members. Each grommet is trapped between adjacent bar members by clamping of adjacent bar members. Each grommet has a thickness greater than the thickness of the bar members and has a boss in the grommet with a pin retainer in the grommet, such as a straight hole. A pin placed in the pin retainer can support a decorative article so that external sides of the box can be decorated.
