Method and apparatus for mixing grow media and addmixtures with a polymer for spraying onto surfaces for the growing of plants and the management of water
The invention taught is a method and apparatus to mix a special polymer, hot water or other hot water material containing additives and a special mixture of dry growing substances mixed in a particular way so that they may be applied to structures such as to ceilings, walls, and any grade of vertical slants, commercial roofs, courtyards, indoor and outdoor applications. The purpose is to coat any surface and grow any plant for any reason be it erosion control, beautification of an area. The invention would help in reforestation after fires and such. This invention has a wide range of applications and so it is impossible to limit it to just one of these applications. Green parking lots and green areas that before could not be made green is just one area for the invention.
Window planter including slidable compartments

A second compartment is slidably coupled to the first compartment. The first compartment includes a first outer sidewall. The second compartment is configured to house a second group of plants separated from the first group of plants by the first sidewall of the first compartment. A third compartment is slidably coupled to the first compartment. The third compartment includes a second outer sidewall. The third compartment is configured to house a third group of plants separated from the first group of plants by the second sidewall. At least the first compartment and the second compartment are configured to be secured to a window frame.
COLLAPSIBLE AND EXPANDABLE HORTICULTURAL TRAY
The present invention, in different embodiments, discloses a horticultural tray and a method of use thereof. The horticultural tray includes first and second elongate portions having one or more receptacles for growing medium, and a foldable elongate portion between the first and second elongate portions. The foldable elongate portion has a central hinge and sloped side portions that slope downward and away from the central hinge toward the first and second elongate portions. The foldable elongate portion also has side hinges disposed between the foldable elongate portion and the first and second elongate portions. The horticultural tray may also have a first locking tab and a second locking tab configured so that the first locking tab fits securely inside the second locking tab when the horticultural tray is in a collapsed configuration.
Planting pot and tray system and method
A planting pot and tray system comprises a plurality of pots and a tray having multiple receptacles configured to receive the pots. Each pot includes at least one rounded side, and at least one generally flat side, with each receptacle including at least one curved wall and at least one generally straight wall. The receptacles are configured to receive the pots with the rounded and flat sides of the pot engaging with respective walls of the receptacle to whereby the respective shapes of the receptacles and pots orient the pots within the receptacles. A front wall of the receptacle is shorter than the pot whereby a portion of side of the pot is exposed and directed outwardly from the tray.
Plant pot
A plant pot comprising a first reservoir, in which the first reservoir has a base and at least one first side wall extending upwardly from an outer periphery of the base. The plant pot further comprising at least one second side wall formed in the first reservoir extending upwardly from the base. The at least one second side wall forming a second reservoir in the first reservoir, and wherein the second reservoir is integrally formed from the base of the first reservoir.
Outdoor Feature
The invention concerns an outdoor bio-tower (10) for placing in a garden or on a patio, wherein the bio-tower (10) promotes biodiversity in outdoor environments. The bio-tower (10) comprises a framework defining a plurality of compartments each providing separate habitats suited to different species of flora, fauna, micro-organisms and/or fungi. The compartments include at least a first internal dry compartment with an access for creatures requiring a dry habitat, and at least one separate second internal wet compartment containing a tray (27) which may retain water and access for creatures requiring a wet habitat. The two internal compartments are surrounded at least in part by external compartments filled with a growing medium, such as soil, that serve for growing plants and that offer insulation to the internal compartments.
Stackable plant pot assembly
A stackable pot assembly having pots arranged in horizontal and vertical directions to form the stacked pot assembly. The assembly includes two or more blocks mounted over each other. The first block mounted over the floor, the first block has one or more rows of twin-bases arranged lengthwise or side-by-side. The upper blocks mounted one over another, and the upper blocks mounted over the first block. The upper block comprises twin-pots and round-pots. The twin-pots and round-pots have feet configured in their bottom, wherein the twin-pot has two spaced-apart feet while the round pot has a single feet. A lid secures the twin-bases, twin-pots, and round-pots, wherein the lid has apertures for receiving the feet when a twin-pot or a round-pot is mounted over the lid secured to below block. The lid is further having a plant hole.
INTERENGAGEABLE CONTAINERS AND METHODS
An interengageable container and method including a bottom container and at least two top containers, each container including: (1) a bottom portion having outer edges; at least four tapered sidewalls attached to, and rising outwards of, the bottom portion, each of the least four tapered sidewalls having (a) a top edge parallel to each other and extending laterally outward of (b) a respective outer edge of the bottom portion from which they are attached at (c) respective lower edges, and (d) inner corners at each intersection of adjacent ones of the at least four tapered sidewalls.
