CONCENTRATION METHOD AND EQUIPMENT
A concentration method and equipment. The concentration method includes the step of performing reverse osmosis concentration processing on raw milk by using a reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis concentration processing includes low-pressure reverse osmosis membrane concentration processing and high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane concentration processing, wherein in the low-pressure reverse osmosis membrane concentration processing, reverse osmosis concentration processing is performed on feeding materials by using a first predetermined pressure, and in the high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane concentration processing, the reverse osmosis concentration processing is performed on the feeding materials by using a second predetermined pressure, the first predetermined pressure being lower than the second predetermined pressure. The concentration equipment includes a temporary storage unit, a homogenizing unit, and a particular concentration unit.
Membrane filtration device having a hygienic suspension arrangement
A membrane filtration device comprising: a retentate plate, a permeate plate, and a membrane sandwiched between the retentate plate and the permeate plate, wherein the retentate plate comprises at least one feed channel extending from a distribution manifold, and at least one drain channel extending from a collection manifold, wherein a feed channel is fluidly connected to a drain channel via through-holes extending from a first side of the retentate plate, from a feed channel, to an opposing second side of the retentate plate, and through-holes extending from the second side of the retentate plate to the first side of the retentate plate, into a drain channel, wherein ridges extend from the retentate plate and/or the permeate plate for supporting the membrane.

Yogurt straining system and device
The present invention comprises a rigid device capable of separating whey from yogurt when inserted into yogurt. The bottom of the device and a portion of the lower sides are walled to a height great enough to create a whey collecting reservoir. An accompanying ladle which fits within the device and is at a sufficient height to allow the collection of liquid into the ladle when inserted in the device may be included as part of a sales package.

MILKING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH A MILK FILTER
An automatically cleanable milk filter includes a cylindrical housing with an outer wall, a first end with a first liquid connection, and above a second end with a second liquid connection. A concentric cylindrical filter part and a cylindrical core placed concentrically within the filter part are accommodated in the housing. The filter part includes wire having a tapered cross-sectional profile in a spiral shape or as a series of parallel rings or rods, and a frame for keeping them spaced apart, thereby forming a plurality of filter openings. The filter part divides the filter volume into a first volume part which is directly connected to the first liquid connection, and a second volume part which is directly connected to the second liquid connection. The second volume part includes a cylindrical part, as well as a top part which narrows at a transition to the second liquid connection.

MILKING DEVICE
A milking device is provided with milking means, a control unit, a milk line for transporting the milk from the milking means to a milk tank, a milk filter for filtering the milk passing through the milk line, and a cleaning device for the milk filter with cleaning liquid. The milk filter includes a housing which surrounds a filter volume and has a milk inlet and a milk outlet, and a filter component in the filter volume. The filter component includes a circumferential plate part with filter openings, and divides the filter volume into a central inner filter volume and an outer filter volume surrounding the latter. The filter component includes wire with a unilaterally tapering cross-sectional profile and a frame. The wire is provided in a spiral shape with a plurality of windings or in a series of individual parallel rings or rods.
