20230049724 · 2023-02-16 ·

A fishing lure is disclosed herein with a fishing line attachment structure comprising a hook structure, and a body structure mounted on the hook structure. The body structure has a body, a threaded neck having a cylindrical portion defining a first connector, and a head defining a second connector. The head and neck define the attachment structure. The neck includes a port for receiving the fishing line and external circumferential screw threads. The head having an aperture and internal screw threads. The fishing line is adapted to pass through the aperture of the head and the port of the neck and rest on a gripping surface from where the neck integrally mounted to the body, and the head is screwed over the neck while clenching the fishing line between the gripping surface of the body and the head. The fishing lure further comprises a weed guard and bite depth control.

A fishing lure comprising at least two wires having a first end and a second end, wherein a first portion of the at least two wires are intertwined with one another, and wherein a predetermined distance from the first end a first bend is made and distal to the first bend, a second bend is made, and predetermined distance from the second bend a second portion of the at least two wires are untwined and a loop is formed at the second end of each of the at least two wires, a head molded around a portion of the first end of the at least two wires, a hook affixed to the head, and at least one spinner rotatably attached to the loop at the second end of each of the at least two wires, wherein the spinner is able to freely oscillate and vibrate.

Lure with oscillating blade

A fishing lure is comprised of a blade member that is pivotably and slidably coupled to a two-leg wire form member. The first leg of the wire form member passes through a first aperture in the blade member, while the second leg of the wire form member passes through a second aperture in the blade member. The blade member is supported by the wire form member at solely the first and second aperture locations. If desired, the blade member can be removed and replaced without needing to bend the blade member. The lure remains in a generally upright position and the blade member exhibits a rapid oscillating movement as the lure is pulled forward in water.

INTEGRATED HOOK HARNESS AND FISHING LURES INCORPORATING THE SAME

An improved fishing lure is disclosed that includes an integrated hook harness to which one or more hooks may be movably secured. The hooks are maintained in a neutral state by a retention mechanism provided in the harness that may be released when a fish strikes the lures, allowing the hook to move freely relative to the hook harness and lure body. Because the hook is able to move relative to the hook harness and lure body, the weight of the hook harness and lure body do not act directly on the hook and the likelihood of the fish kicking free is substantially decreased.
