The present disclosure provides top water fishing lure apparatus comprising: a generally heart-shaped blade; and a wire comprising: a top segment comprising a wire cap, a middle segment disposed between the top segment and a bottom segment, and a bottom segment comprising: a flexible curved portion disposed at a first distal end of the bottom segment and shaped such that a bell, in an “off” position, is secured within the flexible curved portion, a hook assembly disposed at a second distal end of the bottom segment, and a bell disposed, while in an “on” position, between the flexible curved portion and the hook assembly, the bell comprising a bell aperture allowing translational movement of the bell along the length of the bottom segment, wherein in the “on” position, the blade is configured to contact the bell during a rotation of the blade.

The present invention relates to an improved fishing lure having the ability to be camouflaged. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fishing lure having multiple catching devices with capacity for varying the bait and size of lures, having a built-in compartment adapted for the insertion of live bait or chum used in the attraction of fish.

The improvement on them is placing a tiny motor inside the lure with a barbed shaft extending out the back that is used to push on a molded soft rubber tail that spins, splashes the water and pulls the lure backwards towards the casted hot spot area as it is powered by a tiny solar panel, (But not limited to) as it can be powered by a battery. The improvement is the molded soft rubber tail thats connected to the tiny solar panel motor or battery causing it to spin, splash the water and pull the lure backwards, keeping it in that casted hot spot area like something stuck on the water and trying to get out by swimming to safety with that SwimSplash action.

An exemplary jig fishing lure may include a hook, a head, and a propeller assembly. The hook may be connected to the head at a rear end of the head. The propeller assembly may be rotatably connected to a front end of the head. An exemplary method of making a jig fishing lure may include painting a head and a hook of the jig fishing lure such that an eye is unpainted and a collar is unpainted. After painting, a propeller assembly may be connected to the head by inserting a pin through a propeller and a washer into a front end of the head.

The present invention relates to an improved fishing lure having the ability to be camouflaged. A fishing lure includes a body portion, a hook member coupled to a junction region disposed distal of the body portion, and a shielding skirt extending from the body member. The body portion includes a rotatable member configured to rotate about a central longitudinal axis in the presence of fluid friction acting against the lure. The shielding skirt extends outward from the body portion and is configured to assume a first configuration during retrieval of the lure that defines a protective zone that protects the hook member from ensnaring structures, such as submerged vegetation. The shielding skirt is collapsible by contacting lateral forces into a second configuration in which one or more terminal endpoints of the hook member is exposed and available to ensnare the source of the contacting lateral force, such as a fish. The shielding skirt resiliently returns to the first configuration when the lateral forces are removed.
