JIG HEAD FISHING LURE
The jig head comprises a rear, a curved intermediate portion, a main body, lateral recesses, and a hook, the hook comprising a base. The jig head comprised an eye for attachment to a fishing line. The lateral recesses are positioned adjacent to sides of the hook proximate to the curved intermediate portion and are structured and arranged to receive an extension portion of a bait such as a soft plastic bait comprising an artificial crab. The hook extends from an upper surface of the rear. A conical portion surrounds the base of the hook. A ridge extends outward from the main body. The ridge, the hook, and the conical portion define a space adapted to receive a portion of the bait. The hook, the conical portion, the recesses, the ridge, and the curved intermediate portion, separately and in combination, secure the bait in a desired position.
FISHING LURE THAT MIMICS A DECAPOD CRUSTACEAN
A fishing lure system configured to generate a movement that mimics the lifelike movement of a decapod crustacean is provided. By sequentially applying and releasing a pulling force on a fishing line fixed to the fishing lure system, the entire system may be pulled in the direction of the force while a tail portion of the lure is “kicked” forward in a direction opposite to the pulling force.
Fishing Lure with Moving Appendages
A fishing lure having a body and at least one appendage. The fishing lure receives a hook attached to a fishing line. The bend of the hook engages a tendon or actuator such that force applied to the hook results in direct movement of the appendage(s) with resulting lifelike fishing lure action.
AUTONOMOUS BAIT
An autonomous, artificial bait aims to simulate the movements of natural baits. The autonomous bait may be designed to appear as a natural bait such as a crawfish, shrimp, worm, or minnow. The autonomous bait includes a cavity in which a gas producing engine may be received. The gas producing engine includes a gas producing agent that produces gas when it interacts with water. That way, when water enters the gas producing engine, gas may be produced that interacts with the autonomous bait to cause movement of the bait that simulates the movements of a natural bait it aims to imitate.
FISHING LURE WITH HYDROFOIL FLARES, CYLINDRICAL HINGES, AND HOOK CAVITY
Fishing lure with hydrofoil flares, cylindrical hinges, and hook cavity is a special fishing lure that swims like a real fish when it is travelling through the water. Fishing lure with hydrofoil flares, cylindrical hinges, and hook cavity has two hydrofoil flares and two cylindrical hinges that cause the fishing lure to appear to be swimming. Fishing lure with hydrofoil flares, cylindrical hinges, and hook cavity also has a special hook cavity with a hook puncture tab and a hook stop tab that securely holds a fishing hook inside the fishing lure. Fishing lure with hydrofoil flares, cylindrical hinges, and hook cavity also has a weight cavity, rattle cavity, glow stick cavity, and a scent cavity to help attract real fish to the fishing lure.
Fishing lure with inverted bill
A fishing lure includes a hook assembly and a body assembly. The hook assembly includes a hook, an inverted bill coupled to the hook, and an eyelet coupled to an underneath surface of the inverted bill. The body assembly is coupled to the hook assembly.
