ELECTROMAGNETIC FISHING BAIT DRIVE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AN ELECTROMAGNETIC FISHING BAIT DRIVE
An electromagnetic fishing bait drive and a method for controlling an electromagnetic fishing bait drive are disclosed. The electromagnetic fishing bait drive comprises a waterproof sealable bait body (102) having a longitudinal axis of the bait body (Y) and an electromagnetic pendulum drive, wherein a first pole axis (P1) of an electromagnet (300) is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bait body (Y) and a second pole axis (P2) of the permanent magnet (313) is disposed at a defined angle to the first pole axis (P1).
LURE
A lure includes a hollow body including a first half-body and a second half-body joined to the first half-body, an oscillating element disposed in the body so as to be capable of oscillating, a first shaft portion disposed on at least one of the first half-body or the second half-body and extending toward the other of the first half-body or the second half-body, and a first spring including a first engagement portion engaging the first shaft portion such that rotation about the first shaft portion is restricted, and connected to and supporting the oscillating element such that the oscillating element is capable of oscillating.
AUTONOMOUS BAIT
An autonomous, artificial bait aims to simulate the movements of natural baits. The autonomous bait may be designed to appear as a natural bait such as a crawfish, shrimp, worm, or minnow. The autonomous bait includes a cavity in which a gas producing engine may be received. The gas producing engine includes a gas producing agent that produces gas when it interacts with water. That way, when water enters the gas producing engine, gas may be produced that interacts with the autonomous bait to cause movement of the bait that simulates the movements of a natural bait it aims to imitate.
Improved Artificial Bait
An artificial bait having a housing which includes a power source, an electric motor, a controller, a coil, a magnet connected to a movable portion of the housing and a hook, wherein the controller alternates a current produced by the electric motor to cause the movable portion of the housing to move back and forth.
Fishing Lure
The Steinbeck Smart Lure is the only product of its kind that has the capability of mimicking the real-life movements of a wide variety of different animals as well as capturing live footage of the fish attacking the bait all in effort to employ modern technologies to the aspect of fishing. This unprecedented device is uniquely designed with advanced mechanisms in each animal model that will kick, swim, bend, and move in the water, perfectly simulating the typical movements of an animal in the water, with vivid colors and excellent articulation. Furthermore, this device uses a propeller that works in complement with an independent battery permitting automatic swimming functionality and offers a waterproof accessory as the battery unit, GPS and camera features are coated in protective layer ensuring long term sustainability.
ACTUATED FISHING LURE
an animated fishing lure is, generally disclosed. The fishing lure includes a shape memory alloy (SMA) actuator system, a lure body and a controller. The shape memory alloy (SMA) actuator system is generally positioned within the lure body and includes a flexible non-compressive base and an actuator wire made of SMA located on either side of the base. Each actuator wire is connected to a controller. Inducing electrical current through the actuator wires generates heat and results in a contraction of the wire. The tension generated by wire contraction act on the flexible non-compressive base causing it to bend. By alternating electrical currents through each of the actuator wires the lure is alternatively bent from a right bent position to a left bent position repeatedly creating an oscillating motion.
ANIMATED FISHING JIG APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
An animated fishing jig apparatus with a molded jig body (e.g., torpedo shape, substantially round cross section) having an eyeball window(s) on its exterior surface and an interior chamber configured to fittedly carry an animator system assembly comprising a light source(s) (e.g., LED, multicolor, flashing), a micro vibration motor, and a battery. A head eye and a tail eye are mechanically connected to forward and aft portions of the jig body, respectively. The clear (or opaque) eyeball windows allow light source(s) emissions to escape into the nearby environment. The battery (e.g., rechargeable, removeable, or permanent) powers the light source(s) and the micro vibration motor during use. An automatic switch (e.g., water sensor type or pressure sensor type) detects a submerged condition to power On the onboard components, and detects a non-submerged condition to power Off. The jig body may be monolithically formed or assembled from multiple molded members (mechanically connected).

ANIMATED FISHING JIG APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
An animated fishing jig apparatus having a jig body (e.g., torpedo shape, substantially round cross section) with a light-passing portion on its exterior surface and an interior chamber configured to fittedly carry an animator system assembly comprising a light source(s) (e.g., LED), a micro vibration motor, and battery. A head eye and a tail eye are mechanically connected to forward and aft portions of the jig body, respectively.
