ANIMAL TRAP
An animal trap that is configured to have adjustable tension so as to provide an ability to adjust the force of the trap based on the intended species targeted by a user of the trap. The animal trap includes a frame having a first portion and second portion that are u-shaped and movably coupled to opposing ends of a support bar. The present invention includes a first spring assembly and a second spring assembly that are configured to provide operation of the animal trap. The trap includes an engagement member that is configured to couple to an upper surface of the frame so as to hold the trap of the present invention in a ready position. The shafts of the spring assemblies are rotatably secured so as to provide rotational positional adjustment thereof for altering tension of the springs. Lever portions are contiguously formed with the springs.
MOUSE TRAP
A mouse catching and killing device and a method of eliminating mice with the mouse catching and killing device, the device including a jaw. The method comprises the steps of holding the jaw open until a mouse is sensed in the jaw, closing the jaw when a mouse is sensed in the jaw, providing a mechanism on a frame for moving the jaw to over a storage bin, opening the jaw so that the mouse falls from the jaw into the storage bin, and then returning the trap to its mouse ready position.
Rodent trap having a pivoting platform
A trap has a housing including an entrance. Internally, the trap has a trigger structure including a trigger plate and a latch mechanism, coupled with the housing; and a pivoting structure pivotally coupled with the housing and adapted to releasably engage with the latch mechanism of the trigger structure. When the trap is triggered by a rodent, the pivoting structure disengages from the latch mechanism and the pivoting structure pivots towards a rear wall of the housing and the trigger plate, and the trigger plate pivots toward the pivoting structure, moving the rodent against towards the rear wall of the housing and trapping the rodent between the pivoting structure and the rear wall. Once the trap is triggered, the rodent is contained and in most cases, killed, within the trap.
ADJUSTABLE TRIGGER PLATE FOR AN ANIMAL TRAP
A mole trap formed of spring-biased jaws that are positioned underground. A trigger plate is mounted above and in line with the jaws. The trigger plate is extendable to reach farther into the ground and retractable back into a stored position. The adjustable trigger plate allows fine tuning of the trap for different conditions.
Tined mole trap apparatus
A tined mole trap apparatus for catching moles of all sizes and preventing escape includes a pair of jaws comprising an outer jaw and an inner jaw. Each of the pair of jaws have a U-shaped upper portion and a pair of curved outer arms extending from the upper portion. A pair of crossbars is coupled between the pair of outer arms proximal the upper portion. A plurality of tines is coupled to the pair of crossbars. A pivot rod is coupled through the upper portion of each of the pair of jaws such that the inner jaw pivotably moves within the outer jaw between a clamped position and a spread position. A spring engages the pair of crossbars to force the pair of jaws towards the clamped position. A trigger plate is coupled to the crossbar of the inner jaw. A set rod maintains the pair of jaws in the spread position.
TRAP
A trap is provided, including: a clamping device, being operable to provide a catching space; and a shielding member, movably connected to the clamping device, the shielding member being movable to shield at least part of the catching space.
Lifting jaw mouse trap to store dead mouse
A mouse catching and killing device and a method of eliminating mice with the mouse catching and killing device, the device including a jaw. The method comprises the steps of holding the jaw open until a mouse is sensed in the jaw, closing the jaw when a mouse is sensed in the jaw, providing a mechanism on a frame for moving the jaw to over a storage bin, opening the jaw so that the mouse falls from the jaw into the storage bin, and then returning the trap to its mouse ready position.

TRAPS, TRAPPING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An animal trap includes: a bait, a support, and an elastic band, wherein in a set state the support supports the elastic band in an expanded state, and wherein removal, consumption or destruction of the bait by an animal: causes the elastic band to contract around the animal to kill the animal; or causes the elastic band to drive a kill mechanism to kill the animal. Animal traps may be formed substantially or entirely of biodegradable materials. Animal traps may be adapted for aerial distribution. A trap dispenser may dispense traps as they are triggered.
