Solar grill and oven
A solar barbeque and solar oven combination that provides for solar cooking, grill-style or oven-style, outdoors. The grill portion sits on top and has a glass cooking surface. Beneath the cooking surface are a series of louvers that can be open and closed to control temperature. A volume of space below the louvers has mirrored surfaces for the collection of solar energy. A side table is foldable and attached to the grill portion for additional mirrored surfaces and grilling surface area. Below the grill is a solar oven being enclosed on three sides and having doors in the front made of glass that are openable with wooden handles. Inside of the solar oven are mirrored surfaces and a grill/ surface for cooking. On the bottom of the interior of the oven is a heat capturing and/or storing device such as a heating stone or metal heat battery. The entire apparatus includes support legs with wheels and a handle for easy transport.

Portable Baking Oven
A portable baking oven having an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber are disclosed. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.

Pizza oven
The present invention relates to a small, lightweight, portable or easily removable high temperature oven with a rotating floor, designed to bake one pizza at a time, and operate between 300 and 1400° F., with mechanisms to independently regulate the temperature of the dome and the floor of the oven, using thermocouples, infrared sensors, other temperature sensors, industrial oven controllers, other programmable logic controllers, solenoid gas valves, or proportional response gas valves, baffles and ventilation systems and other heat sources, control sensing and regulation systems, to imitate the baking conditions of a heavy ceramic traditional Italian cupola oven. Different embodiments include portable catering ovens, food truck ovens, very small pizzeria ovens, and residential ovens with automatic controls, that are approximately conventional residential countertop depth.

Three sensor oven
An oven uses at least one infrared sensor located outside of the oven baking chamber to measure infrared light emissions from an oven floor, and includes apparatuses that defend infrared sensors and light sources from heat damage using for example baffles, shutters, remote location of the sensor from heat sources and powered ventilation, temperature control systems for ovens using at least one infrared sensor to control the temperature of an oven floor, and powered ventilation systems to keep oven walls cool.
