System for inverted casting mold for producing a comestible baked product in complex forms
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using cast molding wherein a portion of the interior cavity forms a baking cup which can optionally receive a liner. Embodiments generally include a first part and second part that are configured to be joined together along a seam. When configured, an outer surface is created and an inner surface cavity which creates a contiguous internal hollow space in the form of a three dimensional shape is formed. A portion of this internal hollow space forms a cup. The mold may provide a means for supporting the mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation such as inverted; the cup may be in a form other than circular shape. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking pan or to a single stand-alone cup.

A convertible multipurpose cooking article for food products includes a mat for receiving food products, the mat including a first side and a second side extending between a first end and a second end, openings disposed throughout the mat, the mat being sufficiently flexible to be repeatedly flexed between an open configuration in which the mat is flat, and a closed configuration juxtaposing the first end and the second end in which the mat defines a continuous sidewall encircling a volume and the first side and the second side encircle opposed upper and lower openings to the volume, and a fastener assembly configured to be repeatedly secured, for securing the first end to the second end when the mat is in the closed configuration, and separated, the fastener assembly including a structure thereof proximate to the first end and a complemental structure thereof proximate to the second end.
BREAD BAKING MOLD
The present disclosure relates to a bread baking mold including a frame, a cover plate provided at the top of the frame, a bottom plate provided at the bottom of the frame, and at least a container provided in the frame. Wherein the cover plate and the bottom plate can opening and/or closing relative to the frame respectively. When it is necessary to produce toasts of various sizes and shapes, it only needs to replace the container, and there is no need to repurchase a complete set of mold, which can effectively reduce the use cost. The container is convenient to be replaced and can be selected according to the amount of raw material to be produced, which can effectively reduce material waste. The cover plate and the bottom plate are detachable after use. There are no dead corners in the cleaning process, which is helpful to keep clean, to ensure sanitation in use, and to reduce storage space.
PAPER-BASED BAKEABLE TRAY WITH DIECUTS
A paper-based bakeable tray having a bottom area, a peripheral sidewall disposed around said bottom area and extending a distance upwardly from said bottom area thereby defining a tray volume in which a food product is received. The bottom area includes a plurality of diecuts. The bottom area may be generally flat or may have raised contour surfaces or an embossed pattern, or a combination of any of the foregoing.
MODULAR BAKE TRAY ASSEMBLY WITH REMOVABLE PANINI PRESS
A cooking device assembly is provided. The cooking device assembly includes a cooking device having a housing with an opening and a cooking compartment arranged therein. A tray assembly is configured to be arranged within the cooking compartment, and includes a tray having a first cooking surface, a shield configured to sustainably cover the opening of the housing when the tray assembly is inserted into the cooking compartment, and an accessory removably mated to the tray, having a grill plate and a bracket. The grill plate has a second cooking surface. The bracket has a first arm pivotally connected to a first side of the grill plate, and a second arm pivotally connected to a second side of the grill plate. The first cooking surface is configured to be arranged at any angle relative to the second cooking surface with the grill plate at any height relative to the tray.
Baking pan with baking molds for food products
The present invention relates to a baking pan (1) for cooking food products in the oven, comprising a plurality of containment structures (3) exhibiting a bottom portion (4), a top portion (5) delimiting an insertion opening (6) and a lateral portion (7) emerging from the bottom portion (4) and connected to the top portion (5). The containment structure (3) is made integrally from a same paper sheet material; a container (8) made of paper sheet material is housed in the containment structure (3) and has a base (9), a lateral wall (10) emerging away from the base (9) and an upper edge (20) emerging from the lateral wall (10); also the container (8) is integrally made starting from a same paper sheet material. The container (8) is coupled to the top portion (5) of the containment structure (3) and the lateral portion (7) of the containment structure (3) comprises a plurality of ribs (7a) extending from the bottom portion (4) and joined to the top portion (5) for defining a lateral area of the containment structure (3) exhibiting through openings alternated by ribs (7a).
Cupcake baking assembly
A cupcake baking assembly for cooking without aluminum foil includes a pot that is fillable with water thereby facilitating the water to be boiled in the pot. In this way the water is converted to steam for cooking. A cup insert is removably positionable on the pot to be heated by the steam for cooking. A lid is positionable on the cup insert when the cup insert is positioned on the pot. A plurality of cups is provided and each of the cups is fillable with a fluid food material. Each of the cups is insertable into the cup insert. Additionally, each of the cups is comprised of a thermally conductive material such that each of the cups is in thermal communication the cup insert. In this way each of the cups cooks the fluid food material contained therein.
CONTAINERS FOR BAKING
There is provided an ovenable, fold-flat baking container assemblage from a flat unassembled form into an assembled form, the container comprising a flat base (1) and at least one side wall member (20). The base has a main base portion (2) and a number of base flaps (3-6) which are hingedly connected to the main base portion. The or each side wall member (20) has a main wall portion and which has along its bottom edge one or more tabs (21), each of said tabs being capable of folding outwards relative to the main wall portion. When the main wall portion has its bottom edge in contact with the main base portion with the tabs folded outwards, the base flaps are folded into an active position and the tabs (21) are sandwiched between the base flaps (3-6) and the main base portion (2). Retaining means are provided to secure the one or more base flaps in their active position, such that the main base portion and the one or more main wall portions form an open-topped enclosed cavity. There is also provided an ovenable, fold-flat baking container assemblage from a flat unassembled form into an assembled form, the container comprising a flat base (65) and at least three side wall portions (66) linked by gusset portions (69).
Waffle Maker
The present technology provides a device, such as a waffle form, that uses an alternative heat source to cook a waffle instead of an internal heating element or a direct flame. The waffle form includes upper and lower elements to allow the waffle maker to be closed to create a sealed interior cooking environment and then placed in a chamber to allow circulated heated air to heat the surface of the waffle maker. The upper element may have configurable shapes, such as concave or convex, to create waffles of different shapes or to allow stuffing ingredients to be baked into the waffle. The waffle maker may use connections and a fastening mechanism to allow the waffle maker to be suspended from rotisserie connections in a multi-purpose cooker, such as an air fryer, rotated around an axis, and removed after the waffle is fully cooked.
FLEXIBLE, INTERLOCKING, BAKING MOLD ASSEMBLY WITH APERTURE THAT BAKES COMESTIBLES IN COMPLEX SHAPES AND PEELS APART AT THE INTERLOCKING SEAL AFTERWARDS
A two piece mold assembly is comprised of flexible material, suitable for baking wherein the two pieces are joined together in a vertical orientation or a stacked orientation and held together by an interlocking seal structure. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an aperture in the top of the mold assembly that is either defined by one or more of the two pieces. The interlocking seal prevents egression of injected liquid from extruding outside the mold assembly. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product at the interlocking seal structure.
