System for inverted casting mold for producing a comestible baked product in complex forms
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using cast molding wherein a portion of the interior cavity forms a baking cup which can optionally receive a liner. Embodiments generally include a first part and second part that are configured to be joined together along a seam. When configured, an outer surface is created and an inner surface cavity which creates a contiguous internal hollow space in the form of a three dimensional shape is formed. A portion of this internal hollow space forms a cup. The mold may provide a means for supporting the mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation such as inverted; the cup may be in a form other than circular shape. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking pan or to a single stand-alone cup.
Convertible multipurpose cooking mat
A convertible multipurpose cooking article for food products includes a mat for receiving food products, the mat including a first side and a second side extending between a first end and a second end, openings disposed throughout the mat, the mat being sufficiently flexible to be repeatedly flexed between an open configuration in which the mat is flat, and a closed configuration juxtaposing the first end and the second end in which the mat defines a continuous sidewall encircling a volume and the first side and the second side encircle opposed upper and lower openings to the volume, and a fastener assembly configured to be repeatedly secured, for securing the first end to the second end when the mat is in the closed configuration, and separated, the fastener assembly including a structure thereof proximate to the first end and a complemental structure thereof proximate to the second end.
Cookie dough tray
A cookie dough tray is formed with a substantially rigid frame having a plurality of cavities formed from an elastomeric material, each of the cavities being sized to accommodate dough for a single cookie. The cavities may include a convex bottom portion to facilitate inversion of the cavities for removal of the dough.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FLEXIBLE MOLD WITH PERIPHERAL STIFFENER, AND MOLD RESULTING FROM SAID METHOD
A food mold (1), comprising a food mold body (2) made of a mold body material, having one or more cells (3) with flexible wall, said one or more cells (3) being open on a common access face (4) itself having a peripheral rim (5) extending radially outward from an inner edge (5d) marking the boundary with the cell or cells (3) and to a free outer edge (5c), the peripheral rim (5) being provided with a peripheral stiffening element (10) in the form of a continuous annular reinforcement (100) with, if necessary, one or more intermediate stiffening elements (101, 102); the peripheral stiffening element (10) is entirely embedded in the mold body material; around the peripheral stiffening element (10), the mold body material has no through passages free or blocked between the peripheral stiffening element (10) and the outer surface of the material.
FLEXIBLE UTENSIL WITH METAL REINFORCED HANDLES
A utensil such as a pan is provided. The utensil has metal reinforced handles covered with silicone material and a body made of silicone material.
Pizza pan with nested tiers and related methods
A pan is for receiving and baking a food product in a baking oven. The pan includes nested tiered bands, and canted strips coupled between the nested tiered bands. Each canted strip is canted with respect to adjacent nested tiered bands. The pan also includes a medial body within an innermost nested tiered band of the nested tiered bands, and a peripheral flange extending from an outermost nested tiered band of the nested tiered bands.
Pancake template and related pancake cooking method
A batter template system and related methods of forming custom pancakes. The batter template system can include one or more template mats made from flexible, non-stick materials that are suitable for use with food and can accommodate conventional cooking temperatures. The template mat can have thermal properties allowing for rapid heating and can be non-perforated. Each template mat can include a permanently etched design on one or both sides of a non-stick sheet. The template mat can be sized and shaped to fit onto a cooking surface of a countertop griddle, cooking pan or even range top surface. One or more pancake batters can be traced or otherwise applied to the etched design to form a pancake depicting a visual design element.
Baking pan with interchangeable embossed designs
Implemented is a metal baking pan that utilizes a silicone removable base that securely and sturdily engages with a rim on the baking pan's interior surface, in which the removable base includes an embossed design that can be translated to a cake when cake batter is poured into the baking pan. The baking pan includes a cavity that extends from a top side to a bottom side thereof. The baking pan's interior surface is adapted with a protrusion that functions as a rim which extends into and around a perimeter of the cavity. The rim is present so an edge of the removable base can engage with and rest against the rim, thereby making the base removable and creating an ecosystem of bases with different designs that can be used with the baking pan.
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER
A flexible container includes a tray made of silica gel. The tray is integrally formed with at least one placement cavity with an opening at its top portion. A peripheral flange extends outward from a peripheral edge of the tray. The peripheral flange continuously surrounds the peripheral edge of the tray, and the peripheral flange is embedded with a reinforcing ring. A cross-section of the reinforcing ring has a longitudinal length greater than a lateral length. The invention adopts the reinforcing ring with its cross-section having the longitudinal length greater than the lateral length as a frame reinforcing element, and the reinforcing ring is embedded in the peripheral flange extending outwardly from the edge of the tray.
FLEXIBLE, INTERLOCKING, BAKING MOLD ASSEMBLY WITH APERTURE THAT BAKES COMESTIBLES IN COMPLEX SHAPES AND PEELS APART AT THE INTERLOCKING SEAL AFTERWARDS
A two piece mold assembly is comprised of flexible material, suitable for baking wherein the two pieces are joined together in a vertical orientation or a stacked orientation and held together by an interlocking seal structure. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an aperture in the top of the mold assembly that is either defined by one or more of the two pieces. The interlocking seal prevents egression of injected liquid from extruding outside the mold assembly. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product at the interlocking seal structure.
