The tortilla cage may include an outer frame with a substantially U-shaped cross section and an inner frame nested within the outer frame, the inner frame having a substantially U-shaped cross section, wherein the inner frame is spaced from the outer frame, defining a tortilla slot between the inner frame and the outer frame. A handle attachment may be attached to the cage. Some versions of the taco shell mold may include a plurality of taco cages nested within one another.
CRISPY PASTRY PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a process for producing a more crispy food product based on multi-layered laminated dough such as croissants and the like, to the tools for making such products and the food products prepared according to this process.
Edible Cone Production Assembly
An edible cone production assembly for streamlined production of edible cones includes a conveyor, which comprises a pair of belts. A platform is engaged to and extends between the belts. A sheet, which is resiliently flexible, is engaged to the platform. A hopper, which is engaged to the conveyor, contains a batter, and portions the batter onto the sheet. A heating unit substantially encompasses a section of the conveyor between the first end and a second end of the conveyor. A guide is engaged to the conveyor within the heating unit and is positioned to selectively engage a plurality of forming units engaged to the platform as it traverses the heating unit to mold the batter into a cone as the heating unit bakes the batter. The cone drops from the platform as the platform rounds an end of the conveyor. The platform is one of a plurality of platforms.
Device and method for forming dough pieces
The present disclosure relates to a device for forming a substantially straight, in particular wound, dough piece into an annular shape, comprising a bending unit for annularly bending the dough piece. The bending unit may comprise at least one retaining jaw, two movably supported shaping jaws, a lifting device and a stamp. While being in engagement with the dough piece, one of the shaping jaws provided with a projection is displaceable along a displacement path section between an initial position, in which the projection is in contact with a lower surface of the dough piece, and a final position, in which the projection has been brought out of engagement with the dough piece.
Bending mechanism, bending method, and food manufacturing method
A bending mechanism, a bending method and a food manufacturing method which are capable of bending a sheet-shaped flexible food material, such as a skin, with high accuracy and high speed are provided. A conveyance unit 11 conveys a flexible food material 81. A support unit 12 supports a bending reference portion 85 being a part of the flexible food material 81 in at least a part of a section while the flexible food material 81 is conveyed from a first conveyance area A1 to a second conveyance area A2. The conveyance unit 11 includes a first component part 21 and a second component part 22. An angle formed by a support portion of the second component part 22 which makes contact with a bending portion 87 with respect to a support portion of the first component part 21 which makes contact with a base portion 86 continuously changes from the first conveyance area A1 toward the second conveyance area A2 in such a manner that an angle of the bending portion 87 with respect to the base portion 86 in the second conveyance area A2 is larger than an angle of the bending portion 87 with respect to the base portion 86 in the first conveyance area A1.
Stuffed food forming machine
A stuffed food forming machine disclosed includes a framework (600), a rotation assembly (100). A sending and cutting station (20) and a filling station (30) are settled around the rotation assembly. An opening (106) for collecting wrapper residues is set on the rotation assembly. A distance between an internal side of a shaping mold (1001) and a center of the rotation assembly (100) is bigger than a distance between the edge of the opening (106) and the center of the rotation assembly (100). The opening (106) is able to collect the wrapper residues while takes advantage of the space below the rotation assembly, which requires no extra space and the whole machine remains the compact size.
Triangular Food Product Folding Apparatus
Exemplary embodiments are directed to a food product folding apparatus for forming a triangular food product, generally including a folding section, and first, second, third and fourth actuator mechanisms. The folding section includes, first, second, third and fourth folding platforms. The first, second, third and fourth actuator mechanisms are configured to actuate rotation of respective first, second, third and fourth folding platforms into first, second, third and fourth fold positions to create first, second, third and fourth folds in the food product.
Device and a method for circularizing croissant dough, a device and a device and a method for forming croissant dough in a U-shape, and a system for producing croissants
A device and a method for forming bar-shaped croissant dough in a U-shape, for then quickly and precisely arranging both legs of the U-shape to have the same length, and for producing croissants in a required shape are provided. A device for circularizing croissant dough 100 comprises a first guide for reducing a width 114 that moves a first end 5a of the U-shaped croissant dough 5 toward a center of the U-shape, a plate 118 that is inserted under a second end 5b of the U-shaped croissant dough 5 and lifts the second end 5b, a second guide for reducing the width 116 that moves the second end 5b that is lifted toward the center of the U-shape, and a pusher 130 that vertically presses the first end 5a and the second end 5b that are moved to the center of the U-shape so as to stick one to the other.
Food Folding Platform And Components Therefor
A folding platform includes a base, first folding flap, lift arm, and lift arm linkage. The first folding flap is rotatably connected with the base and facilitates the folding of a food item placed on the folding platform. The lift arm linkage is rotatably connected with the base and the lift arm to operatively lift the lift arm and allow the lift arm to rotate in a first rotational direction, and includes a spring that engages the lift arm linkage and the lift arm, and biases the lift arm in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction. The lift arm is capable of rotating a first rotational distance, and rotating a second rotational distance greater than the first rotational distance without bending or breaking when the lift arm contacts an obstruction. The lift arm automatically returns to its normal position due to the bias force of the spring.
Device for orienting wound dough products in a defined end position
A device for orienting wound dough products includes a first conveyor belt circulating with a first conveying speed and transporting a wound dough product having an end protruding from a circumference of the dough product. A second conveyor belt receives the wound dough product from the first conveyor belt and circulates with a second conveying speed which is different from the first conveying speed. The difference between the first conveying speed and the second conveying speed sets the wound dough product received from the first conveyor belt in a desired rolling motion on the second conveyor belt, wherein after the wound dough product has reached a defined end position in which the end of the wound dough product abuts on the second conveyor belt, the rolling motion of the wound dough product stops.
