Method and machine for producing a confectionary product
A method for producing a confectionary product (1), comprises the steps of extruding a confectionary substance to form a confectionary string, shearing an end portion (5) from a remaining part (7) of the confectionary string (2), resting the end portion (5) on a conveying surface (8) already before the separation of the end portion (5) and completing the separation of the end portion (5) from the remaining part (7) of the confectionary string (2) while the end portion (5) is resting on the conveying surface (8).
Unit for dosing a confectionery mass including a reversing rotary piston
A unit (1) for dosing a confectionery mass includes a base body (2), a dosing chamber (26) for containing a confectionery mass and a rotary piston (3) being reversingly driven to alternatingly fill the dosing chamber (26) with confectionery mass and to remove confectionery mass from the dosing chamber (26). The rotary piston (3) has a filling cycle for filling the dosing chamber (26) with confectionery mass during which it is rotatingly driven in a first direction of rotation (28). The rotary piston (3) has a removing cycle for removing the confectionery mass from the dosing chamber (26) during which it is rotatingly driven in a second direction of rotation (29) being opposite to the first direction of rotation (28). The filling cycle and the removing cycle form one complete working cycle.
Confectionery processing machine and manufacturing process
A confectionery processing machine has a hopper attached to a dispensing unit. The dispensing unit comprises a plurality of co-operating piston and nozzles. The hopper is arranged to supply an edible material to the plurality of co-operating piston and nozzles. The dispensing unit is arranged in order to dispense the edible material from the plurality of co-operating piston and nozzles. The confectionery processing machine is improved by providing the hopper with at least two separate compartments. Here, each compartment separately provides edible material to a portion of the plurality of pistons. Consequently, a more flexible confectionery processing machine is provided because all the plurality of piston and nozzles are not provided from the same compartment.
CONFECTIONERY MASS DOSING UNIT INCLUDING A LOCKING VALVE AND A DOSING VALVE
An apparatus (1) for dosing a confectionery mass includes a plurality of confectionery mass dosing units (2) being arranged side-by-side. Each of the confectionery mass dosing units (2) includes a locking valve (18), a dosing valve (22) and an outlet opening (26). The outlet opening (26) serves to dispense a dosing quantity of confectionery mass from the confectionery mass dosing unit (2). The dosing valve (22) serves to adjust the dosing quantity. The locking valve (18) being an addition to the dosing valve (22) serves for alternate opening and closing, wherein no confectionery mass exits from the outlet opening (26) when the locking valve (18) is closed.
Dispensing group for a machine for dispensing foodstuff creams
Described herein is a dispensing assembly (10) for a machine (M) for dispensing cream food products.
The assembly is characterized in that it comprises: a duct unit (2) having a generic tubular shape so as to define a passage for a cream to be dispensed and defining a section for inlet (2A) and a section for dispensing (2B) of the cream; and a first valve (4) and a second valve (6), each constituted by a diaphragm that can be opened under pressure, which are set inside said unit (2) at said dispensing section (2B) and are set at a distance apart from one another so as to identify a chamber (C) between them.
LEAKTIGHT FOOD FILLING DEPOSITION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a leaktight food filling deposition system providing ease of mounting/demounting, maintenance and cleaning. The present invention particularly relates to a deposition system for depositing food fluids of various temperatures, acidities, viscosities and densities onto, between and into the food products, said deposition system being individually operated, requiring no maintenance, having a high deposition capacity, optionally allowing for each nozzle to deposit different materials and comprising low weight deposition nozzles and a low weight manifold.

Depositing machine having a plug-in connection
A depositing machine (1) comprising a removable component, a method for inserting the removable component (10) in a machine frame (2) of a depositing machine, a method for removing the removable component (10) from a machine frame (2) of a depositing machine (1), and a kit for retrofitting a depositing machine (1) with the removable component (10). The component (10) is fastened to the machine frame (2) by a substantially horizontally arranged plug-in connection (11), in particular, a bolt connection.
Filling unit and method for filling a confectionery product into a mould or a container
A filling unit and a method for filling a confectionery mass into a container or a mold includes a fill housing with a filling nozzle (2) and at least two dosing pistons in a cylinder which is connected to the fill housing. In the fill housing, a valve is arranged for each cylinder. A mixing block with internal ducts connects each of the outlets with a respective internal duct in the filling nozzle. The confectionery mass is conducted from a filling nozzle into at least one of the cylinders after which the confectionery mass is dosed down into the mold or container by actuating the dosing pistons. The speeds of the pistons are controlled independently of each other, providing varying patterns in longitudinal direction of the ice-cream/confectionery product. The movement of the filling unit relative to the container or mold can be varied providing additional options for variation in patterns.
