MACHINE FOR MAKING FROZEN CONFECTIONARY PRODUCT IN RE-USEABLE PRODUCT TUBES
A dispensing machine for dispensing a frozen confectionary product, the machine comprising: a first storage area for storing a first storage tray with one or more first tubes in the dispensing machine, a serving station for receiving one or more first tubes comprising a composition that is a frozen confectionary from the first storage tray. The serving station comprises a first position under the one or more first tubes for receiving a container, a means for extruding the frozen confectionary out of the tubes located in the serving station, a cutting device for cutting at least a portion of the frozen confectionary into the container. The dispensing machines further comprises means for transferring the one or more first tubes in the first storage area to the serving station and from the serving station to a storage area, and wherein the one or more first tubes are reusable; and at least two zones, the at least two zones comprising a first zone wherein the temperature is lower than the temperature in the second zone, and wherein the first storage area is located in the first zone and the serving station is located in the second zone.
Method and machine for producing a confectionary product
A method for producing a confectionary product (1), comprises the steps of extruding a confectionary substance to form a confectionary string, shearing an end portion (5) from a remaining part (7) of the confectionary string (2), resting the end portion (5) on a conveying surface (8) already before the separation of the end portion (5) and completing the separation of the end portion (5) from the remaining part (7) of the confectionary string (2) while the end portion (5) is resting on the conveying surface (8).
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DOSING
Systems and methods of producing a frozen food product include mixing ingredients with a liquefied gas, e.g. liquid nitrogen. The texture and quality of the food product may be determined by sensing temperature or viscosity, and controlling the rate at which the liquefied gas flows into the mixture, i.e. dosing. This functionality may be achieved using one or more scoops, the position of which may be controlled by actuators. The dosing may be controlled by a program that receives input from one or more sensors, and the program may be responsive to input of the type or amount of ingredients being mixed. In addition, the dosing may be controlled by a human being through a user interface, e.g. by pushing a ‘dose’ button.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING OR EMBOSSING COATINGS
The invention relates to a coating cutting tool for frozen confection comprising a frame defining a product void for receiving a product at least partly coated, a set of side knives comprising at least two knife mounted on the frame opposite of the product the void, wherein the knives are rotatable arranged on the frame such that they can be rotated into a product coating cutting position for cutting the coating on the side of the product and out of such a position to a non-engaging position to allow the product to be moved passed the knives, and an end knife for cutting the coating on the end of the frozen confection. The invention also relates to a method for cutting a coating on a frozen confection.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING OR EMBOSSING COATINGS
The invention relates to a coating cutting tool for frozen confection comprising a frame defining a product void for receiving a product at least partly coated, a set of disk-shaped side knives comprising at least two knives mounted on the frame opposite of the product void, wherein the knives are rotatable arranged on the frame such that they can be rotated into a product coating cutting position for cutting the coating on the side of the product and out of such a position to a non-engaging position to allow the product to be moved passed the knives, and an end knife for cutting the coating on the end of the frozen confection. The invention also relates to a method for cutting a coating on a frozen confection.
Container with outlet
This invention relates to containers of the kind having an outlet through which product is to be dispensed, e.g. food product. There is provided a container for product to be dispensed. The container has an upper part intended to move or deform in order to reduce the volume within the container. The container has an outlet intended to open during movement or deformation of said upper part. The outlet comprises a plurality of movable parts. The outlet further comprises a plurality of fixed parts located between said movable parts. The movable and fixed parts are arranged for shaping product as it is dispensed from the container through the outlet. A method of dispensing and a vending machine for dispensing portions of ice cream or other frozen product from the container are also provided.
Paintable gelatin substrates
A gelatin based substrate containing a milk based product and gelatin substrate mixture is chilled forming a first gelatin and milk based substrate layer which is paintable with oil and natural vegetable gum based edible paint or colorant. Additional layers can be prepared comprising a selected gelatin or gelatin containing flavored ingredients such as fruit or berries or combinations thereof forming a bi-layer or multi-layer low calorie dessert product. The multi-layered product is inverted leaving the first gel and milk based substrate as the top layer of the finished dessert product which may be painted with oil based edible coloring agent including an edible paint, edible dye, edible soluble ink, and combinations thereof. The gelatin and milk based substrate can also be used to prevent bleeding or migration of colors between different colored gelatin layers.
Ice cream machine and a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine
The invention relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine comprises a rotatable unit having a radial extension, a mould for receiving ice cream, the mould being arranged to rotate with the rotatable unit, an extrusion nozzle for extruding ice cream into the mould, the extrusion nozzle being arranged at the filling zone. The ice cream machine further comprises an ejection mechanism for ejecting ice cream radially out of the mould at the emptying zone. The invention also relates to a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine.
Extrusion device for ice cream or yogurt machine
An extrusion device for an ice cream or yogurt machine includes an air delivery channel and a material delivery channel individually extended along a tube body, wherein the air delivery channel and the material delivery channel are arranged for concurrently delivering a flow of air and a flow of raw material. A diameter size of the air delivery channel is smaller than that of the material delivery to match with viscosities of air and raw material.
SYSTEM FOR CRYOGENIC FREEZING OF VISCOUS FEED
A free-flowing frozen pellet product produced from a paste, which has a viscosity of at least 200 Cp, is produced by a system and product. The system and product include introducing the paste into an enclosed feed tray. The paste is introduced at a pressure above atmospheric pressure and remains above atmospheric pressure while in the enclosed feed tray. Subsequently, the paste is extruded out of the enclosed feed tray through a plurality of projections to produce a plurality of pellets. The pellets are passed through a cryogenic chamber to thus freeze the pellets at subzero temperatures to produce frozen pellets.
