ARTIFICIAL DEHYDRATED-PIZZLE OF EDIBLE PET CHEW
20230000113 · 2023-01-05 ·

An edible pet chew includes an artificial dehydrated-pizzle component imitating traditional dehydrated-pizzle (or bully stick), which may include a tapered head part at an end. In some embodiments, the artificial dehydrated-pizzle component is formed by injection molding process and is formed from a composite material. In some embodiments, the composite material includes at least 20% plant ingredient in formula. In some embodiments, the artificial dehydrated-pizzle component has a groove running on the surface.

HYDROLYZED COMPOUND PROTEIN FOR LARVAL LARGEMOUTH BASS (MICROPTERUS SALMOIDES) AND USE THEREOF

A hydrolysate compound protein for larval largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) and use thereof for aquatic animal feeds. The micro-diet was formulated with the following components: 72-74 parts by weight of a hydrolyzed protein pre-mixture, 3-5 parts by weight of mixed fish soluble meal, 4-6 parts by weight of gluten flour, 2-4 parts by weight of sodium caseinate, and 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of a yeast hydrolysate, where the hydrolyzed protein pre-mixture includes white fish meal, fermented soybean meal, shrimp meal and blood meal with the weight ratio of 58-62: 5-7: 4-6: 2-3. The compound protein is obtained by fully pulverizing the foregoing components, passing through a 100-mesh sieve, fully mixing in proportion, and being hydrolyzed with neutral protease and keratinase.

PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FERTILIZER COMPOSITION FROM ANIMAL BLOOD WITH HIGH LEVELS OF ORGANIC CARBON AND FREE NATURAL AMINO ACIDS, PRODUCT OBTAINED AND USE
20230278937 · 2023-09-07 ·

The present invention is located in the field of industrial biotechnology and sustainable agriculture, referring to a process of renewable origin for the production of fertilizer from by-products of animal origin, with an innovative raw material, animal blood in natura. The invention aims at the use of raw materials such as animal blood, both in natura form and in the form of blood meal, also considering a synergistic mixture of blood meal with in natura blood, to obtain fertilizers with innovative characteristics. The synergy promoted by the stages of the developed process, combined with the qualities of the selected raw materials, promoted the development of products with high levels of free natural amino acids, total organic carbon and organic matter. The developed fertilizer product can be applied in liquid form, as a liquid fertilizer, both in soil and in foliar form, as well as in solid form, after the introduction of a drying step at the end of processing. The product adds, depending on the chemical composition obtained, both fertilizer and soil conditioning agent characteristics. The invention results in sustainable products with high added value.
