A METHOD OF PRODUCTION GRAIN MASS AND A SYSTEM FOR ITS PRODUCTION
20220408738 · 2022-12-29 ·

An enhancement to food industries and to a method of grain mass production. The method features germinating cleaned grain using shungite water as a liquid medium and grinding germinated grain to particles sized no larger than 300 μm, while the dependence of the time of grain germination on the temperature of the liquid medium is inversely proportional. A system for grain mass production featuring an isothermal chamber for grain germination adapted to maintain constant temperature in which transport containers for grain germination are installed, a container for infusing water with shungite stones equipped with means for supplying shungite water in the transport containers and at least one grain grinder which is capable of grinding germinated grain for obtaining a fine grain mass with particles not larger than 300 μm.

PROBIOTIC FERMENTED CEREAL COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TREATMENT OF GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES CAUSED BY PRO-INFLAMMATORY BACTERIA
20170333514 · 2017-11-23 ·

The invention covers a novel treatment strategy that considerably improves conventional probiotic treatments of inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal disorders. Both probiotic microorganisms and the carrier of the probiotic microorganisms in form of a fermented cereal gruel are used as treatment effectors. Phospholipids may also be an effecter. The novel treatment strategy is capable of removing the symptoms of inflammatory bowel diseases regardless of a mild, moderate or severe stage of the disease.

Sprouted cereal, method for manufacturing same, food product containing same, and BDNF production accelerator
09775370 · 2017-10-03 ·

The invention relates to a novel technique for germinating a sproutable food such as rice, other types of cereals, or seeds. Provided is a novel germination technique capable of increasing a content of glutamate, accelerating an enrichment of gamma-aminobutyric acid, and exerting excellent functionality for the body, and a novel functional food material or pharmaceutical agent. A sprouted cereal is produced by soaking the cereal in a soaking solution prepared by addition of at least one carbonate selected from alkali metal carbonate, and alkaline earth metal carbonate to water to make the cereal absorb the soaking solution, followed by allowing the cereal to germinate under predetermined conditions.
