Automatic peeling and splitting device for citrus fruits
An automatic peeling and splitting device for citrus fruits includes a bracket, a pomelo fixing module, and a pomelo peeling module arranged on the bracket. The pomelo fixing module includes a cylinder arranged on an upper part of the bracket, a fixed block arranged on a power output end of the cylinder, and a motor arranged on the fixed block, the power output end of the motor is connected with a rotation shaft, an end of the rotation shaft is sleeved with an air sac, and the end of the rotation shaft is further hinged with a plurality of arc baffles, a concave member of the arc baffle is bonded to a surface of the air sac, an outer convex edge of the arc baffle faces outside of the air sac; the rotation shaft and the power output end of the cylinder are both extended vertically downward.
Machine and method for peeling skin from un-peeled objects
The present disclosure discloses a machine and a method for peeling skin from un-peeled objects that mainly includes at least one controller, an object: handling unit, an agitating: and heating unit and a peeling and separating unit. The agitating and heating unit includes an agitator and a heater. The agitator receives un-peeled objects and hot abrasive particles. During agitation, un-peeled objects and hot abrasive particles tumble with each other thereby loosing bond between skin and objects and provide objects with loosely bonded skin. The heater heats the abrasive particles and then permits, flow within the agitator by use of abrasive conveyor. Objects with loosely bonded skin are then provided in the peeling and separation unit for peeling and separating skin from un-peeled objects and provide peeled objects in a controlled manner.

Peeling device
A peeler blade (102) of a peeler (101) is made to swing such as to come into contact with and separate from a virtual axial line of a peeler shaft (111) by a tension state of an urging member (148) being adjusted based on a rotation angle difference between the peeler shaft (111) and a center shaft (141). Peeling is performed from an upper portion side of a fruit or vegetable that is supported by a fruit and vegetable holder (161), on a counter-peeler driving section arrangement side in relation to a virtual axial line of the fruit and vegetable holder (161). The peeling device is made for, for example, peeling a fruit or vegetable having hard skin such as a pineapple.
