REGENERATED CELLULOSE SUBSTRATE FOR AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICE
The present disclosure provides an aerosol generating component containing a substrate impregnated with one or more aerosol forming materials, the substrate including a cellulosic material substantially free of sulfur compounds, and further including one or more of a tobacco pulp, an aqueous tobacco extract, a filler, and a binder. Further provided is an aerosol delivery device including the aerosol generating component. Such devices utilize electrically generated heat or combustible ignition sources to heat the aerosol forming materials, providing an inhalable substance in the form of an aerosol.
Smokeless tobacco product
Some embodiments of a smokeless tobacco system include one or more silicone smokeless tobacco products configured to generally retain their shape during processing, shipping, and consumer handling. In particular embodiments, each silicone smokeless tobacco product can comprise a moist smokeless tobacco in combination with a silicone binder such that the final product has tobacco exposed along an exterior surface and is configured to have material properties providing improved handling, an improved mouth feel, and a satisfying flavor profile.

The present invention relates to a multi-layered sheet of a material containing alkaloids comprising:—a first layer comprising a substrate sheet including fibres having a mean fibre length comprised between about 1 millimetres and about 5 millimetres, the first layer defining a first surface and a second surface;—a second layer comprising a mixture of: # a powder of the material containing alkaloids, the powder having a size comprised between about 8 micrometers and about 200 micrometers; # water; # a binder; # an aerosol former; the second layer being applied to the first surface of the substrate sheet, and wherein the binder is comprised in an amount comprised between about 0 percent and about 1 percent of the total weight of the multi-layered sheet of material containing alkaloids.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN AMORPHOUS SOLID COMPRISING AN AEROSOL-FORMER MATERIAL
The invention provides a method of manufacturing an amorphous solid, the method comprising: a) forming a slurry comprising a particulate botanical material, a gelling agent and an aerosol-former material; b) forming a layer of the slurry; and c) drying the slurry to provide the amorphous solid.
Snuff composition
Use of a nicotine-cellulose combination for the preparation of a snuff composition for achievement of a fast onset of action of nicotine after application of the snuff composition to the oral cavity of a subject, wherein the composition has a high release rate so that when subjected to an in vitro dissolution test about 45% or more of the total content of nicotine is released within 30 minutes. Moreover, the invention relates to an improved snuff composition for application to the oral cavity.
