An ash box for safely collecting smoking ash having a top and bottom surface that are substantially parallel. The top surface of the ash box has an aperture which is covered by a grating to permit smoking waste to enter the ash box, but also preventing children and pets from accessing the smoking waste. The ash box has an openable drawer collects the smoking waste that enters via the aperture, and the collected smoking waste can be removed by opening the drawer.

A disposable ashtray includes a container sidewall having a screen at the bottom and a bottom cover allowing the ashtray container to be filled with sand. In this state, the ashtray is freestanding, has dimensional integrity and can be moved. The user stubs cigarettes and cigars into the sand medium through the major opening in the top of the ashtray. After use, the bottom cover is removed, and sand flows through the screen and butts and trash are retained above the screen. The entire device, including screen, container sidewall and bottom cover, may then be disposed of.

This is a Combined Ashtray and Sifter. This product serves as an ashtray and sifter combination for Cannabis smokers. Its function is that it allows the Cannabis smoker to ash their Cannabis cigarettes through the top portion of the ashtray. Then the ashes flow through the sifter located in the mid-section of the Combined Ashtray and Sifter, separating the ashes from the top portion. The ashtray is now ashes free and the smoker can save their Cannabis Cigarettes for reuse in a clean and ash free ashtray. The ashes have now been filtered to the bottom part of the Combined Ashtray and Sifter, where they are held until they are discarded.

An ashtray device (1) for collecting cigarette or cigar ash and butts, the device comprising a separation mechanism (2) for separating the ash from the butts, and at least two containers (10, 11), wherein a first container (10) is positioned so as to receive the butts and a second container (11) is positioned so as to receive the ash.

An ecocompatible container for recycling cigarette butts is constituted by a cylinder including an openable upper cover, a base and an intermediate portion which houses a common hopper in external communication with ashtrays through which the cigarette butts are introduced, wherein via the hopper, the butts are introduced into a screening basket with balls, in which the rotation of the screening basket allows, by mutual impact and friction of the balls, crushing the cigarette butts and hence effectively separating the organic portion, i.e. the filter paper and the residual tobacco that fall by gravity through holes into an underlying suitable collection container, from the resistant, fibrous portion constituted only by the filters of the cigarettes which, when sucked by a small suction motor, will fall into an underlying filter accumulation chamber.
