PORTABLE POCKET ASHTRAY
In one embodiment of the present invention, a portable, pocket ashtray comprising a fold-able, substantially non-flammable material. The pocket ashtray has an inner bottom and a continuous sidewall attached thereto. At least a portion of the continuous sidewall is folded inward and downward towards the inner bottom of the ashtray whereby the ashtray is formed more compact than its unfolded form so that the ashtray may be transported in a user’s pocket and then removed and unfolded for use thereof.
SMOKING DEVICE CONTAINER
A smoking device container, including a main body to store at least one smoking device therein, a base removably connected to at least a portion of a first end of the main body, a lid removably connected to at least a portion of a second end of the main body, the lid including a bottom portion, a top portion hingedly connected to at least a portion of the bottom portion to move from closed over the bottom portion in a first position to at least partially opened in a second position, and from opened in the second position to closed in the first position, and a smoke straw removably disposed on at least a portion of the bottom portion, and an air pump disposed on and within at least a portion of the base to draw air from outside the base to expel the air and smoke from the at least one smoking device through the main body and the smoke straw.
CIGARETTE BUTT WRAPPING PAPER
The present invention relates to a cigarette butt wrapping paper which comprises: a body having a planar shape approximately similar to the shape of a cigarette pack; a flame-retardant coated surface which is formed on the inside of the body, has a transverse length approximately similar to the circumferential length of a cigarette butt, and is coated with a material having a heat resisting function; an adhesive applied surface onto which an adhesive has been applied, wherein the adhesive applied surface is an area surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the flame-retardant coated surface; and opening forming parts which are formed in such a manner that the opposite side ends of the lower end of the body are inwardly recessed and form an entrance, through which the cigarette butt can be input, when the opposite side ends are matched and boned to each other.
A RECEPTACLE FOR AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLES
A receptacle for storing one or more used aerosol-generating articles is provided, the receptacle including: a box portion including a closed bottom end and a top end defining a box opening, the bottom end being disposed opposite the top end; a cover portion movable with respect to the box portion between a closed position in which the cover portion covers the box opening and an open position in which the box opening is uncovered; and a clip depending from the top end of the box portion and overlying an outer surface of the box portion, the clip including a top end disposed at the top end of the box portion, the top end of the clip being non-parallel with the bottom end of the box portion. A kit is also provided, including the receptacle; and a container for aerosol-generating articles.

CIGARETTE, LIGHTER STORAGE AND CIGARETTE BUTT STORAGE AND DISPOSAL DEVICE
A cigarette storage and disposal device that is configured to be releasably secured to a user's belt or similar support element wherein the present invention is operable to provide storage of cigarettes, a lighter and further provide a compartment to receive and store cigarette butts subsequent consumption of a cigarette. The present invention includes a housing wherein the housing is divided into a first compartment, a second compartment and a third compartment. The first compartment is configured to receive, store and provide access to a cigarette lighter. The second compartment is operable to receive and retain cigarette butts for storage. The third compartment of the present invention includes is configured to receive, store and dispense cigarettes. The third compartment includes a track member having a cigarette movement member operably disposed therein. A belt clip member is present and is operable to secure the housing to a belt or similar object.
Containers for Safe Storage of Used Cigarettes, Cigars, and Joints
A container for storing a used cigarette includes an insert comprising a high thermal-conductive material, sized and dimensioned to be placed at the inside bottom of the container. The insert preferably includes one or more surface features that assist in extinguishing the burning end of the cigarette.
Combined cigarette package and waste storage receptacle apparatus
A conventional cigarette pack includes a thin pouch of heat-resistant flexible material disposed therein. The pouch has a recloseable top opening that is sized to permit a cigarette butt to be placed in the pouch following withdrawal of a cigarette from the pack. The pouch expands to fill the space in the pack created when each successive cigarette is withdrawn to be smoked. When the entire contents of the pack are consumed by the smoker, the pack and/or the pouch filled with butts can responsibly be disposed of to avoid adverse environmental impact.

The present invention relates to a bag design to receiving a by-product of a primary product, the bag comprising: a receptacle forming at least one interior compartment and formed from a unitary sheet, wherein an opening is formed to the at least one interior compartment, and a plurality of folding creases are disposed distal to the opening; an adhesive strip disposed on the exterior surface of the rear panel; a first portion of a locking mechanism disposed below the folding creases on the exterior surface of the front panel; a second portion of a locking mechanism disposed distal to the opening on the exterior surface of the rear panel and substantially aligned with the first portion of the locking mechanism.
Holder for cigars, and the like
The present invention provide a new and novel holder for storing unlit articles to be smoked, such as cigar, and holding such articles when they are lit and not currently being smoked. When the holder is in a closed position, it acts as a carrying case for a number of articles to be smoked of any size (adjustable for lengths). When opened, the unit can be easily mounted to any frictional engagement device, such as a golf cart ball holder tray or easily with the cup-holder adapter. The device can also easily be applied to any cup holder typically found within golf carts, boats, and vehicles and any other structure that includes a cup holder.
