Disclosed are embodiments of a swaddle wrap that can, in some embodiments, include a first portion having a backing layer, a front layer, and a first enclosure between the backing layer and the front layer, and a second portion coupled with the first portion, the second portion having a backing layer, a front layer, and a second enclosure between the backing layer and the front layer of the second portion. In some embodiments, the swaddle wrap can be configured to be moved from a first state to a second state, the first enclosure can be configured to receive therein at least both feet of a baby in the second state, and the second enclosure can be configured to receive therein at least both feet of the baby in the second state to secure the swaddle wrap to the baby without the use of any fasteners or ties.

A unified garment and method of use thereof are provided wherein the garment that includes a pair of adjustable panels that alternately enable (1.) covering a selected portion of skin of a wearer of the garment; and (2.) exposing the selected portion of the wearer's skin without requiring the wearer to disrobe from the garment. Each panel extends from a same inferior portion of the garment and are detachably attachable at respective attachment points to cause a tension to be imposed between each attachment point and the inferior portion. The infant undergarment includes a rear panel extending down from a neck curve and between lateral seams. A lower flap defines a lower portion of the rear panel which has lateral edges defined by leg curves giving the lower flap an hourglass form. A lower edge of the lower flap can be rotated up between legs of an infant and fastened back to other portions of the infant undergarment. A right front flap and left front flap extend from lateral seams of the rear panel to lateral edges of the front flaps which are adjacent to each other. Front fasteners adjacent these lateral edges allow for removable attachment of these lateral edges of the right front flap and left front flap to each other. The corner fasteners and front fasteners utilize complemental fasteners which can be removably attached from each other for convenient removal and replacement of the infant undergarment.
