A garment having an outer waistband and an inner waistband, the outer waistband and the inner waistband connected by a fabric portion, wherein in a first operative mode the outer waistband is disposed adjacent the inner waistband and the fabric portion is hidden, and in a second operative mode the outer waistband droops beneath the inner waistband, and the fabric portion is visible and extends the length of the garment.

A garment includes a front, a back and a crotch area extending between the front and the back. An opening is formed in the crotch area and is covered by an observation panel comprising a semi-transparent material. The garment is configured for wearing over a diaper with a wetness indicator visible through the semi-transparent material.

A pair of low-waisted, sagging pants that comprises a fabric pants styled for a man and comprising a waist band to wear around a waist, a butt section to wear over at least a portion of the buttock area of a wearer, and a pseudowaist band to wear around a hip of the wearer. A garment extension interposed between the waist line and the hip of the wearer. The pseudowaist band comprises accoutrements of a conventional waist band of a conventional pair of pants including a fly and a fastener.

The improvement is the annular band coupled to and extending upwardly from the waistband such that the annular band is configured to reshape the contours of the midsection of the user.

A midsection shaping garment for reshaping the contours of the midsection of the wearer includes a pair of pants that has a waistband. A lower edge of an annular band is coupled to the waistband. The annular band extends upwardly from the waistband and is body-shaping. The annular extends around the abdomen and lower back of the user from the waist to near the xiphoid of the user. The improvement is the annular band coupled to and extending upwardly from the waistband such that the annular band is configured to reshape the contours of the midsection of the user.
