SENSORY CHEWING NECK GAITER
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a neck gaiter having a chewing surface attached to a part of the neck gaiter. The gaiter is designed for individuals on the Autism Spectrum who chew objects to satisfy their self-stimulatory behavior needs. This is a form of self-stimulation which can relieve anxiety, reduce fear and combat sensory overload. The gaiter is sized and proportioned to comfortably and releasably encompass the neck of the individual who will be wearing the gaiter. A textured chewing surface is attached to a central region of the gaiter. The chewing surface is made of non-toxic, tasteless material that does not erode during the chewing process, such as rubber, plastic, silicone, or a combination thereof. The chewing surface preferably comprises a plurality of indentations or protrusions to produce a textured surface.
Multi-Section Protective Garment
A protective garment, such as a scarf, is provided having a first section and a second section that are detachable from one another. The first section, when detached, forms a fabric tube that may be worn over a user's nose and mouth as a gaiter or religious face and head covering for providing air filtration, while the second section continues to be worn as a garment. The first and second sections may then be reattached to again form a continuous garment. The first section may include an air filter pocket for insertion of a removable air filter to provide increased filtration. The second section may include accessory pockets.
Perspiration diverting headband
A perspiration diverting headband is provided having a flexible tubing having a first and second end, an elastic band, wherein the band is disposed within the tubing, a first connector coupled to a first end of the tubing, and a second connector coupled to a second end of the tubing, wherein the first and second connector secure the elastic band and tubing, and a slidable tension fastener configured to secure the elastic band. In addition, the tubing can be flexible tubing that is cylindrical in cross-section. Further, the flexible tubing can be configured to divert perspiration fluids away from a forehead region to a temple region of a user's head. Further, the headband can be simple to use and adjust, simple to manufacture, made of light weight moisture resistant and anti-microbial material, hygienic, and can be customized and configured to any shape, color, or design.
SELF-STORING PADDED TRAVEL SCARF
A padded travel scarf includes a padded central portion. Each tail of a first non-padded fabric tail and a second non-padded fabric tail extend respectively from an opposite end of the padded central portion. An integral scarf storage pocket is attached to the padded central portion, the integral scarf storage pocket receivable of the padded travel scarf.
NECK GAITER
An article of clothing to be worn by a user. The article includes a main body with an interior portion and an exterior portion that face in opposite directions. The main body includes a top perimeter that defines a top port and a bottom perimeter that defines a bottom port. The top port and the bottom port are disposed at opposite vertical portions of the main body so as to be in fluid communication with one another to allow passage of a head of the user therethrough. The main body defines a vertical axis that extends through the top port and the bottom port. The article also includes a shield disposed on at least a portion of the top perimeter of the top port to prevent air expelled from the user from escaping through the top port adjacent the shield.
Combination surgical cap and deployable bouffant cap
A head cover that can be worn by health care professionals is provided. The head cover includes a surgical cap portion and a bouffant cap portion. The surgical cap portion includes a top surface and a side panel secured to the top surface via a seam. Further, the bouffant cap portion is secured to a rear portion of the side panel, where the bouffant cap portion is maintained against the rear portion of the side panel in an undeployed state and is deployable from the rear portion of the side panel to contain a wearer's hair. As such, the head cover enables a wearer to secure his or her hair inside the bouffant cap as needed, yet bouffant cap portion does not cover the wearer's entire head, which minimizes the amount of heat that is trapped within the head cover and increases the level of comfort for the wearer.
Pocketed Neck Scarf
A pocketed neck scarf for easy wrapping and storing pocket warmers includes a scarf body having a bottom side and a top side. The scarf body comprises a base section and a pair of arms extending from the base section. One of the pair of arms is a looped arm and the other arm is a straight arm that is selectively engageable through the looped arm to secure the scarf body around a user's neck with the base section resting on her upper back. The base section has a plurality of pockets on the top side with each pocket configured to receive a pocket warmer.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TUBULAR GARMENT WITH INTERNAL COMPONENTS
A tubular garment or scarf that is constructed as an elongated tubular body length, and having internal components with corresponding apertures, a medial aperture and two distal open ends that enable a user to exercise multiple optional configurations and uses while maintaining aesthetic shape and appeal. The tubular garment can be used to keep multiple parts of the human body warm, to support a person's head for sleeping, to secure possessions for storage, and to protect the hair of the user. In different usages, the tubular garment can be worn as sleeves, a hood, mittens, pockets, a hair wrap, a neck pillow, an infinity scarf, or a traditional scarf.

A perspiration diverting headband is provided having a flexible tubing having a first and second end, an elastic band, wherein the band is disposed within the tubing, a first connector coupled to a first end of the tubing, and a second connector coupled to a second end of the tubing, wherein the first and second connector secure the elastic band and tubing, and a slidable tension fastener configured to secure the elastic band. In addition, the tubing can be flexible tubing that is cylindrical in cross-section. Further, the flexible tubing can be configured to divert perspiration fluids away from a forehead region to a temple region of a user's head. Further, the headband can be simple to use and adjust, simple to manufacture, made of light weight moisture resistant and anti-microbial material, hygienic, and can be customized and configured to any shape, color, or design.
Bandana with Multiple Layers
A bandana with multiple layers. The bandana with multiple layers has a flexible member with a plurality of layers including a rear layer and a front layer. Complementary fasteners, such as hook and loop fasteners, are disposed on the rear layer and the front layer. The complementary fasteners reversibly attach each of the plurality of layers to each other and can be utilized to secure the bandana with multiple layers about the head or neck of a user. The complementary fasteners also allow the bandana with multiple layers to be quickly removed to prevent injury to the user should excessive force be applied thereto when the bandana with multiple layers is worn. The flexible member also includes at least one pocket. Each pocket can store at least one desired item, for example a heating pack or an ice pack to provide heating or cooling to the user.
