Helmet locking assembly
A helmet locking assembly for securely storing motorcycle helmets on a motorcycle includes a mounting unit that is coupled to a motorcycle. A pair of locking units is each coupled to the mounting unit. Each of the locking units releasably engages a respective one of a plurality of motorcycle helmets for retaining the motorcycle helmets on the motorcycle. A pair of turn signals is coupled to the mounting unit. Each of the turn signals is turned on when respective ones of the motorcycle turn indicators is turned on. A plurality of light emitters is coupled to the mounting unit. Each of the light emitters is turned on when tail lights or brake lights of the motorcycle are turned on.
Helmet Lock
A helmet locking system utilizing an arrangement of two enlarged members, a pass-through locking member, and a length of cable. A fixed enlarged member is permanently mounted to the cable and a detachable enlarged member engages with the pass-through locking member which is positioned on the cable's end opposite to the fixed enlarged member. The locking system does not require keys or a combination. Pass-through locking member is threaded through the D-ring of a helmet. Detachable enlarged member is then then fixedly fitted onto the pass-through locking member. The detachable enlarged member is then placed into a motorcycle's storage compartment which is then closed and locked thereby securing the helmet to the motorcycle.
Protective helmet and opening for securing the helmet
A helmet comprises a protective shell shaped to protect a head of a user. The protective shell has an exterior surface, an interior surface, and at least on one opening extending from the exterior surface to the interior surface. At least one detachable cap is sized and shaped to fit the at least one opening.
HELMET PROVIDED WITH A RING FOR CONNECTING THE HELMET TO AN ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM
A helmet comprising a hard shell and a flexible shell extending inside the hard shell, the helmet including an attachment device suitable for attaching to an antitheft system external to the helmet. The attachment device comprises a ring suitable for having a link of said antitheft system external to the helmet pass therethrough, the ring being mechanically connected to the hard shell so as to be movable relative to the hard shell between a stowed position and an extended position; in the stowed position, a major portion of the ring is located inside a cavity that is defined at least in part by said hard shell and, in the extended position, at least a portion of the ring is located outside said cavity to enable said link of the antitheft system to pass through the ring.
Personal mobility device and control method thereof
A personal mobility device includes a helmet, for example, when renting the personal mobility device, and can improve user safety based on an output of a sensor provided in the helmet. The personal mobility device further includes: a transceiver; a helmet storage device in which the helmet provided with at least one sensor is stored; and a controller configured to control the transceiver to be wirelessly connected to the helmet when receiving a signal indicating separation between the helmet storage device and the helmet from the helmet storage device, and to control the transceiver to transmit a signal requesting the activation of the at least one sensor to the helmet.
Deployable safety device apparatus
A shared ride system comprising a SIPV further comprising at least an integrated safety device wherein the safety device is a coupled safety helmet.
Ride share helmet safety compliance
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to helmet safety compliance systems for use in personal transportation ride-share systems. A rider safety compliance system, may include a personal transport upon which a user can be transported, a physical lock mechanism securely mounted on the personal transport and mechanically adapted to lock and secure a helmet, and a processor adapted to release the helmet from the physical lock mechanism as a pre-determined action for allowing the user to activate the personal transport.
