The odor-eliminating insole comprises a quantity of odor-eliminating material, a quantity of desiccant, an ergonomic shoe insert, and a decorative cover. The quantity of odor-eliminating material neutralizes odor. The quantity of desiccant reduces moisture. The ergonomic shoe insert houses the quantity of odor-eliminating material and the quantity of desiccant. Additionally, the ergonomic increases comfort when wearing footwear. The decorative cover adds an aesthetic aspect to the odor-eliminating insole.
FITTING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CUSTOMIZABLE FOOTWEAR
Disclosed embodiments relate to a footwear system. The footwear system includes a shoe, a first insole, and a second insole. The first insole is a fitting insole having a first volume. It is positioned within the shoe during a fitting of a potential wearer of the shoe. The fitting insole is removed after the fitting is completed. The second insole has a volume substantially similar to the first volume. The second insole adapted for positioning within the shoe if the first insole demonstrates an appropriate fit. The second insole is self-customizable and further adapted to conform to the imprint of the sole of the potential wearer.
Custom Formable Footbed and Shoe Insert
A customizeable footbed, a self-customizing footwear having a customizable footbed, and a method for customizing a footbed to conform to contours of a foot is provided. The customizable footbed may include a plurality of packets, each packet comprising an exterior membrane defining a chamber therein, and an interior filling within the chamber. The interior filling may be selected from a group consisting of two or more components of a curable material that chemically react upon mixing of the components to irreversibly form a solid or semi-solid resin or a gel. The plurality of packets may be configured to burst upon application of a pressure such that the interior fillings of the packets flow into and mix within the intermediate space.
INSERT LINER FOR FOOTWEAR AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An insert liner is provided and is configured to be removably received in an inner cavity of a shoe. The elastomeric liner includes: a longitudinal portion: opposing first and second lateral portions; and opposing front and rear portions, wherein the longitudinal, lateral, front, and rear portions define a cavity having an opening configured below the opposing front and rear portions and configured to receive a user's foot; and a fastener coupled to at least the front portion and the rear portion of the liner while being bond free relative to a toe portion of the shoe, the front portion is configured to releasably adhere to the tongue portion to maintain the opening below an upper edge of at least one of the heel portion and the opposing sidewall portions and to define the opening configured to receive the user's foot.
Articles of manufacture releasing an active ingredient
The present invention relates to articles of manufacture having a formulation distributed therein, wherein the formulation comprises an active agent which manifests a desirable property when released from the articles of manufacture. The present invention also relates to methods for manufacturing these articles of manufacture, to vehicles for applying the formulation to these articles of manufacture, and to perception indicators indicating the presence and the amount of formulation comprising an active agent applied to an article of manufacture.
MONOPOLYMER MULTIFUNCTIONAL SEQUENCED CAST POLYURETHANE MATRIX AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
The invention relates to a monopolymer multifunctional sequenced cast polyurethane matrix produced simply and efficiently, by sequentially pouring various isocyanate/polyol complex phase solutions successively into a mould with alternating solidification of said phase solutions according to a defined order and respecting the polymerisation stage (after the pot life and before the demolding time) of the sequence preceding the one being cast, so as to end with the casting of the last phase solution that will go up to the demolding time thereof and thereby finish the polymerisation of the whole of the matrix. It is loaded, in its “reservoir” sequences, with naturally originating or synthesised transdermally penetrating or volatile active substances. They are medicating and therapeutic, cosmetic, phytosanitary or wellness substances, repellents, attractants, pheromones, biocides, perfumes or deodorants. At least two active substances can be loaded into the same matrix in order to act unidirectionally or in opposite directions. Said matrix is used to form different devices that adhere to the skin or any other surface, in order to deliver at least one substance in a controlled manner. Said devices are patches, patches with a plurality of active substances, replaceable plasters stuck to a textile support, active heel pads and ball pads for shoes, pheromone cards for controlling insects, self-adhesive insecticide attractant cards, or other devices equivalent in terms of structure and function.
Member for shoe soles, and shoes
Provided is a shoe sole member including a crosslinked foam forming a part or the whole of the shoe sole member, wherein the crosslinked foam is formed by a polymer composition showing specific results in measurement using pulsed NMR.
Textile
A textile with high weave density which comprises a main-yarn made of a Japanese paper yarn and a sub-yarn thinner than the main-yarn interwoven with each other, wherein the textile has a weave texture structure including warps A and wefts A made of the main-yarn, and warps B and wefts B made of the sub-yarn, wherein in the weave texture structure, warp rows have a repeating row structure where a plurality of warps B are located between two warps A and weft rows have a repeating row structure where a plurality of wefts B are located between two wefts A, and wherein the warps A and the wefts A cross each other in a plain weave texture structure.
SOFTBOOTS AND WATERPROOF/BREATHABLE MOISTURE TRANSFER COMPOSITE AND LINER FOR IN-LINE SKATES, ICE-SKATES, HOCKEY SKATES, SNOWBOARD BOOTS, ALPINE BOOTS, HIKING BOOTS AND THE LIKE
The soft boot and liner includes moisture transfer system that includes an inner fabric layer carefully selected from technically advanced fabrics. A series of layers are provided outside the inner liner including foam material layers, spacer fabrics and breathable membranes, in various orders. Encapsulation technology and waterproofing are used as well. The outer fabric layer is also capable of working with the other layers to promote the transfer of moisture. Frothed foams and flocking with fibers are further characteristics of the present invention. The moisture transfer system is incorporated into a soft boot or skate or as a removable liner for a shell boot. Numerous other modifications and applications are disclosed.
