CEMENTED WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR
A footwear including an upper, a sole, and an insole attached to the sole. The upper has a lower end facing towards the sole. The upper is at least partly provided by a membrane and an outer layer. The membrane is waterproof and breathable. The upper has an upper top end and an upper lower end. The membrane is attached to the outer layer, which has a lower end. The membrane comprises a lower end of the membrane. The membrane of the upper is attached to the insole by a stitching. The stitching attaches the lower end of the membrane to the insole by stitches without perforating the lower end of the outer layer. A waterproof bottom sealing is at least partly comprised by a first adhesive pre-adhered to the lower end of the membrane and a second adhesive pre-adhered to the sole. The upper is adhered to the sole.

THERMAL-INSULATING INNER-BOOT FOR MOUNTAIN BOOTS AND HIGH THERMAL-INSULATION MOUNTAIN BOOT
A thermal-insulating inner-boot for mountain boots comprising: an upper with a thermal-insulating structure, which is shaped so as to cover the user's foot and lower part of the leg; and a plate-like insole with a thermal-insulating structure, which is arranged to close the lower opening of the upper so as to cover the sole of the user's foot; the upper being shaped substantially like an overturned funnel, and including a single-piece knitted fabric structure which has, inside itself, at least one cavity-wall and also at least one sheet/piece of soft and flexible thermal-insulating material that is stably trapped within said cavity-wall.

Double-Layer Footwear for Precluding Water Penetration
A double-layer footwear, especially a water sport footwear, comprises: an outer rubber foam panel defining a first joint member in an outer seam in the outer rubber foam panel, and an inner rubber foam panel defining a second joint member in an inner seam in the inner rubber foam panel and adhered with the outer rubber foam panel with an adhesive, with the second joint member being projectively separated from the first joint member with a barrier distance, to thereby securely preclude water penetration through the outer and inner seams into a wearer's foot.

PLASTIC FOOTWEAR WITH INNER LINER AND OUTER LINER OF WOVEN OR NON WOVEN FABRIC
A pressure injected plastic footwear is provided characterized in that comprising double liner made of fabric, one on the inside part and one on the outside part; both liners may be identical or different and provide the footwear with special characteristics such as being fire retardant, antifungal, anti-mold and hermetic to moisture and liquid water as well as thermal insulating.
WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR GASKET AND RELATED METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A footwear construction is provided including a waterproof gasket formed between components of the footwear. The footwear can include an upper including a first layer and a waterproof functional second layer adjacent the first layer. A waterproof functional insole includes a perimeter that is disposed adjacent the first layer and/or the second layer. A thread extends through the first layer, sewn through it, and is located between the insole and the second layer, and adjacent the perimeter. The thread is melted to form a waterproof gasket between the second layer and the insole, along the perimeter. Alternatively, the first layer is surrounded with a hot melt flange stitched to an insole. A waterproof functional second layer seals the first layer and flange. A gasket panel can be disposed over the hot melt flange and insole, which can include insole stitching joining the same. Related methods also are provided.

Article of footwear, and method for manufacturing such an article
An article of footwear (10) that includes a liner (30), an upper (14), and an insert (50). The liner has an inward surface (31) that encloses an inner void (18) for accommodating a foot, and an outward surface (32) that defines a rear shaft portion (38), a heel portion (36), and a sole portion (35). The upper has a midsole portion (42), and surrounds the rear shaft portion, the sole portion, and the heel portion of the liner. The insert is formed as a single body of material with increased hardness and stiffness relative to the upper. This insert is arranged between the liner and the upper, and includes a protruding portion (54), a heel counter (56), and a shank (58). The protruding portion extends upwards from the heel counter and along the rear shaft portion, and provides a guiding trajectory for a heel during insertion into the inner void.
