Variable reflex footwear technology
The present disclosure provides a footwear technology system including a multilayer shoe sole system. The multilayer shoe sole insert can include a lower outsole layer, a midsole layer, and an upper insole layer, wherein the midsole layer includes a plurality of pins extending from the bottom surface of the midsole layer, wherein the pins engage with the pin holes in the outsole layer. The system can include a dynamic upper foot retention system that moves in harmony with the foot's optimal natural movement. The dynamic upper foot retention system can include a top component connecting the lace area to the sole system, and back component that connects the upper heel area to the sole system, wherein when the laces are tightened, the force is directed towards the heel securing the foot to the shoe without forcing the arch down or constricting the raising of the foot arch.
SHOCK ABSORBER, SHOCK ABSORBING STRUCTURE, SHOE SOLE, AND SHOE
A shock absorber has a first and second end surfaces opposite to each other in an axial direction, and a plurality of connection surfaces. The first end surface is an N-sided polygon (N is an integer of 3 or more and the second end surface is an M-sided polygon (M is an integer of 4 or more and more than N). (M−N) vertices are provided at intermediate positions in the axial direction on a circumferential surface defined by the plurality of connection surfaces. From the vertices, one first ridgeline reaches one vertex of the first end surface and two second ridgelines reach a corresponding one of two vertices of the second end surface. The remaining vertices are connected to each other by (2×N−M) third ridgelines. The first ridgeline, the second ridgelines, and the third ridgelines define the plurality of connection surfaces.
Multiple layer upper for a shoe
The present invention relates to an upper for a shoe, including an inner layer; an outer layer overlapping the inner layer at least partially; wherein the outer layer includes a plurality of cuts; wherein the inner layer includes a plurality of protrusions; wherein each cut at least partially overlaps at least one protrusion; wherein each protrusion causes an extension in width of its corresponding cut when the shoe is worn.
SHOE STRUCTURE
A shoe structure includes an upper assembly, having an upper and an insole, a bottom, joined in a lower region to the upper assembly and including a sole and a midsole, the sole having a tread. The sole includes one or more tabs monolithic therewith, directed toward the midsole.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR HAVING A CLOSURE SYSTEM
A closure system for an article of footwear includes a closure mechanism, a securing element, and a cord that is configured to be operably engaged with an upper of the footwear. The closure mechanism is configured to be actuated to adjust the footwear from a loosened configuration to a tightened configuration, and the securing element is configured to be engaged with the closure mechanism to secure the footwear in the tightened configuration.
FOOTBEDS WITH IMPROVED CUSHIONING, STABILITY AND COMFORT AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
Disclosed is an insole or footbed for footwear that optimizes the comfort and performance of the footbed via a modified construction to the shoe's upper and midsole to accommodate a preferred footbed construction.
Shoe
A shoe includes a sole, an upper and a strap. The upper is attached to the sole. The strap extends in a width direction of the shoe. The strap includes a proximal end fixed to the upper and a distal end located on an opposite side of the proximal end in the width direction of the shoe. One of the upper and the strap includes at least one first engaging portion, whereas the other of the upper and the strap includes at least one second engaging portion that is engaged with the at least one first engaging portion while extending in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the shoe where the distal end is held against the upper.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR HAVING REMOVABLE COMPONENTS
An article of footwear having an interlocking assembly that includes a first component and a second component. The first component has a plurality of ribs and the second component has a plurality of receptacles. The plurality of ribs of the first component are configured to be received within the plurality of receptacles of the second component to removably attach the first component and the second component.
Last, method for producing last, and method for producing shoe upper
A last is provided for shaping a shoe upper, such as a custom-made last tailored to a user's foot. Embodiments include a last for shaping a shoe upper including at least an outer peripheral portion comprising an aggregate of a plurality of blocks, the plurality of blocks being joinable together to form a portion of the last and shape the shoe upper, and separable from each other after being joined together. The plurality of blocks includes a first plurality of blocks which are identical to each other. Embodiments also include a method for producing a last for shaping a shoe upper, the method including forming the last by joining a plurality of blocks together to form an aggregate, the plurality of blocks including a first plurality of blocks which are identical to each other.
FOOTWEAR MIDSOLES WITH BRIDGE COMPONENTS
An example article of footwear includes a forward midsole component, a rearward midsole component, and a bridge component mated with an outsole side of the forward midsole component and an outsole side of the rearward midsole component to permanently attach the forward midsole component and the rearward midsole component to form a midsole of the article of footwear.
