The first element has a hollow body; and an electrical power supply housed in the hollow body. A second closure system has a first terminal and a second terminal. The monitor device also has a detector-and-signaling device having both a detector module configured to be powered by the power supply when the first closure system is in the closed state and to detect the open or closed state of the second closure system. A signaling module is configured to issue a signal as a function of the open or closed state of the second closure system as detected by the detector module.
