Personal noisemaker fan devices
Personal fan devices that are configured to transition between an open configuration for use and a closed configuration for storage or transport. A fan device includes noisemaking structure(s), such as a rattle and/or a clapper, disposed with the fan device. As the fan device is moved, the handle generates noise as a result of the noisemaking structure(s). A plurality of fan devices may be used to generate high-decibel noises at an event, such as a sporting event or a performance.
Beach umbrella assembly
Umbrella devices, assemblies, and systems are shown and described. In one embodiment an umbrella assembly includes an umbrella having an aperture along a distal portion of a canopy, and a flagstaff to removably mate within the umbrella.
Hands-free, automatic umbrella with lighting mechanism and rotating device for electricity generation from wind
An umbrella assembly comprises a container, at least one shoulder strap, and an umbrella. The umbrella is movably connected to the container to move between a closed position and open position. The umbrella includes a fixed shaft, a stretcher frame, and a canopy, and the canopy of the umbrella is attached to a plurality of ribs of the stretcher frame. In the closed position, the umbrella has a V-shaped, cone arrangement. In the open position, the umbrella has a peak on which a rotating device may be mounted to generate electricity. The umbrella may also have a first lighting mechanism fixed on a bottom side of the canopy and a second lighting mechanism fixed on a top side of the canopy.
WIND-RESISTANT UMBRELLA FRAME STRUCTURE
A wind-resistant umbrella frame structure is applicable to an arrangement of dual canopies and includes a primary frame and a secondary frame. The primary frame has an inner end pivotally connected to a crown and an outer end connected to the annular lower canopy. The secondary frame is pivotally connected to the runner and has an opposite end pivotally connected to the primary frame. The primary frame includes an internal rib, an intermediate rib, an external rib, and a traction rib assembly, and also includes an intermediate rib return wire, an external rib return wire, and a collapse spring. The umbrella frame structure allows air flows to be readily conducted out and ensures the service life of the canopies.
Air blowing device and air blowing machine for generating rising air
An air blowing device includes: an air blower provided in connection with a support stand, the air blower being configured to generate rising air; a support frame attached to the support stand; and a wind-direction changing device configured to change a wind direction to a direction crossing a direction of the rising air upon receipt of the rising air, wherein descending air blown to periphery around the air blower is generated by the wind-direction changing device, and the wind-direction changing device is supported by the support frame.
Shading Object, Intelligent Umbrella and Intelligent Shading Charging System Integrated Camera and Method of Operation
An intelligent shading umbrella comprises a base assembly, a stem assembly coupled to a base assembly, and a center support assembly coupled to a stem assembly, the center support assembly comprising one or more arm support assemblies. The intelligent shading umbrella further comprises one or more blades, coupled to the arm support assemblies, a shading fabric, coupled to at least the one or more blades; and a camera, the camera to capture images of an area in proximity to the intelligent shading umbrella. The camera may be located in the center support assembly and the center support assembly may rotate with respect to the base assembly, allowing the camera to capture a variety of images of an area in proximity to the intelligent shading umbrella.
Wind-resistant beach umbrella
A wind-resistant umbrella including a canopy attached to an upper end of a pole member, flexible ribs, and multiple load sensitive connectors (LSCs) is provided. The flexible ribs flex inwardly at a wind speed of more than about 10 miles per hour (mph) to preclude wind from traveling under the canopy. The LSCs detachably couple an upper canopy section to a lower canopy section of the canopy. The upper canopy section partially overlaps the lower canopy section along the LSCs. Upon impact from a wind gust that exceeds a speed of more than about 20 mph, at least one of the LSCs detach to allow wind to flow freely through one or more vents created between the upper and lower canopy sections, while providing warnings to a user, and to preclude wind-induced tilting and lifting actions on the wind-resistant umbrella, thereby precluding dislodgment thereof from an anchoring location.
System and method for providing directions haptically
Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage devices for providing directions haptically such that sight and hearing can continue unimpeded. In one exemplary embodiment, a wearable device (such as earphones, ear rings, gloves, glasses, or other wearable objects) configured as disclosed herein receives directions to an intended destination for a user, the directions comprising a movement action and a distance to the movement action. The wearable device has multiple haptic output units and generates, through one of those units, a haptic output based on the directions. This allows the user to receive the directions through touch rather than looking at their mobile device or from audio.
Canopy umbrella
A combined umbrella and canopy (10) that provides the advantages of both of these devices for providing maximum shade. The umbrella portion (12) is substantially similar to a standard beach umbrella having a vertical pole (16) with spokes or ribs (22, 24, 26, 28) extending radially outwardly adjacent the top (20) for supporting a fabric cover (30). The fabric cover (30) defines a front (32) and back (34) and at least two sides of the umbrella. The back (34) of the umbrella includes an additional length of fabric (36) that extends horizontally rearwardly and then curves downwardly and terminates in two spaced apart ends (38, 40). Each end includes a pocket (42, 44) that can be filled with sand to weigh the same down to maintain the ends on the beach. The additional fabric (36) is essentially a canopy (14). The umbrella structure (12) provides better support for the forward end of the canopy and prevents the same from collapsing when the wind conditions change.
