System for carrying out a treatment of the head of hair, to be connected to at least one water inlet
A system for carrying out a treatment of the head of hair, especially a shampooing operation, to be connected to at least one water inlet, the system including at least one source of cosmetic product, an adjustment device making it possible to modify at least one usage characteristic of at least one product conveyed to the head of hair, a user interface, enabling the user: to select a setting, the system being configured to act on the adjustment device as a function of the selected setting, and to input at least one item of information relating to a treatment result obtained with the selected setting.
REUSABLE CARTRIDGE SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS
Formulation delivery systems, formulation delivery devices, and formulation cartridges for the same are provided. Formulation delivery systems include a reusable handle, a formulation dispensing assembly, and a controller. The formulation dispensing assembly includes a reciprocating nozzle assembly and a pump. The reciprocating nozzle assembly is fluidically-coupleable to the formulation cartridge or the cleaning cartridge received within the reusable handle. Formulation delivery devices include a reusable handle configured to receive a formulation cartridge therein, and a formulation dispensing assembly disposed in the reusable handle. The formulation dispensing assembly includes fluid conduits, a pump fluidically connected to the fluid conduits, a reciprocating nozzle assembly, and a controller. Operating parameters of the formulation delivery systems are varied based upon inputs corresponding to one or more formulations stored in the formulation cartridge.
Hair treatment system
System for treating a head of hair, including a pipe for circulating a liquid, a device for feeding the pipe with water, at least one source of product, the product (P1) comprising one or more surfactants, a device for injecting product into the pipe to form a treatment solution comprising one or more surfactants in a content ranging from 0.35% to 1.5% by weight of surfactant(s) relative to the total weight of the treatment solution, a dispensing device for delivering the treatment solution onto the head of hair (B) with a flow rate of between 0.5 and 5 L/min, better still between 0.8 and 3 L/min.
HAIR CARE APPLIANCE
Discussed is a hair care appliance including: a first care body having a first care electrode; a second care body having a second care electrode; and a bending unit connected between the first care body and the second care body. The first care body includes a main substrate electrically connected to the first care electrode, and a processor provided at the main substrate, and the second care body includes a battery electrically connected to the second care electrode, and the bending unit includes an elastic housing and a flexible substrate which is accommodated in the elastic housing and which electrically connects the battery to the main substrate.
Monophasic appearance cosmetic hair composition comprising a particular nonionic surfactant
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a monophasic appearance, comprising at least one particular non-ionic surfactant, water and at least one propellant. The invention also relates to an aerosol device and also to a process for styling keratin fibres using such a composition.
PROCESS FOR REDUCING HAIR DAMAGE UPON EXPOSURE TO HEAT
A process for reducing hair damage upon exposure to heat is provided, including: providing aqueous carrier; selecting heat protectant, wherein heat protectant is selected for its ability to impart thermal protection to hair and to be modified carbohydrate polymer, comprising cellulose ether base material functionalized with trialkyl ammonium moieties, having Kjeldahl nitrogen content of 0.75 to 2.5 wt %; and hydrophobic substituents having 16 carbon atoms; providing the selected heat protectant; combining the cosmetically acceptable aqueous carrier and the heat protectant to form aqueous thermal protectant formulation; wherein the aqueous thermal protectant formulation contains 0.1 to 5 wt %, based on weight of the aqueous thermal protectant formulation, of the heat protectant; providing hair; applying the aqueous thermal protectant formulation to hair; providing heat generating hair care appliance; exposing hair to heat at 50 to 300° C. using the heat generating hair care appliance for 1 to 30 minutes.
FORMULATION DELIVERY PRIMING METHODS
Methods of priming formulation delivery devices include providing a formulation cartridge, inserting the formulation cartridge into a handle of the formulation delivery device, and initiating a priming sequence which simultaneously pumps a first formulation and a second formulation from the formulation cartridge for a first time period such that the first formulation and the second formulation pass from the formulation cartridge, through a pump, and exit a nozzle assembly of the formulation delivery device.
SCALP-HAIR THERAPY SYSTEM
A photo-bio-stimulation device uses near infrared (NIR) laser illumination of the scalp to promote hair growth with a lightweight user wearable device. All the remaining components are mounted on the concave underside of an outer cap shell. Many VCSEL laser device chips are surface mount soldered underneath of a single large flexible printed circuit. These discrete devices direct a diffused, near uniform flood of 678-nanometer monochromatic laser light deep into the hair roots and follicles across the scalps of its users. Petal shapes along a central spine are cut deep into the side edges of the flexible printed circuit to allow it to be conformed and fixed into a hemispherical dome and attached with dozens of plastic snaps inside the outer shell. This connects inside to a rechargeable battery and power controller. A protective clear covering matching the concave underside is attached along the brims.
APPLICATOR FOR APPLYING A HAIRCARE PRODUCT, AND ASSOCIATED APPLICATION METHOD
The applicator for applying a haircare product comprises abase (12) provided with protruding spikes (14) and a gripping member (16) supporting the base, the base (12) being mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the gripping member (16).
METHOD FOR TREATING HAIR AND SCALP
Methods, processes, and kits-of-parts for treating hair and scalp and increasing blood circulation of the scalp are provided. The methods and processes include applying aqueous compositions onto hairs and scalps, wherein the aqueous compositions comprise dispersed scrub particles that provide further improvement of blood circulation compared to scalps treated only with cleansing and carbon dioxide comprising compositions.
